DO NOT EAT HERE! The guy who works there during the day does not understand what "gentle" with the salt and pepper means. The last 3 times I tried to get a sub, that guy dumped salt and pepper all over my sub then just smiled at me as if he did good. He either has a low IQ or doesn't care.It's painfully obvious they don't care about the bad reviews. They don't even read them.

I ordered a veggie wrap, clearly stating my dietary preference as a vegetarian. However, to my surprise and dismay, when I received my order, it contained chicken instead of the requested vegetables. This is completely unacceptable, as it goes against my religious beliefs and dietary restrictions. Upon realizing the mistake, I immediately called the store to address the issue. However, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a solution, she insisted that the veggie wrap comes with chicken. This response is both illogical and disrespectful, as a veggie wrap, by definition, should not contain any meat. I am grateful that I decided to cut the wrap in half before consuming it, as it allowed me to discover the error. Had I not done so, I would have unknowingly consumed the chicken, which would have been a violation of my religious beliefs. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and attention to detail from Subway. It is essential that your staff members understand and respect customers' dietary preferences and restrictions. I believe that this incident reflects a lack of training and awareness among your employees.

Probably the worst Subway I've been to in Edmonton. I don't know if one of the asian-looking ladies working there is having a bad day or not, but their customer service was just absolutely horrible. I've asked for a little bit more lettuce for my sandwich and she refused and starting giving me attitude because she said it'll be hard for her to wrap it lol. When you're customers ask for something, you shouldn't really give attitude. I would avoid buying sandwiches from this Subway.
