The 2 Indian girls working Oct 29th at 4:30 gave the shittiest customer service to the people around us. Not properly helping an old lady who was confused about an online order and constantly asking "and" to try and rush another lady in line every time she ordered. They're also very slow.

I buy subways almost every weekend from this restaurant. Evinder always provides excellent service. She is very smiley and never tired of help with the additional food requests. I am very happy with their services as a whole.

Unfortunately, as good as the atmosphere might be or the food, If you have bad customer service, it can have a massive effect on customer experience. The lady behind the counter that was preparing my sub was extremely unfriendly. Either she does not enjoy her job, Or this is how she treats paying customers. However she did not look happy nor did she provide any type of friendly personable or professional experience. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will no longer be visiting this particular location.

There were 2 lovely ladies working yesterday 8/22/24 around 7pm. A lady was berating them for no reason. They handled it well. Their service was amazing and treated me very well despite what they had to deal with for 20 plus minutes while I was waiting with the rude lady in front of me and her misbehaving child. 5 stars, I love this location.
