Another staple of Canadian youth ruined by East Indians. I used to go to Subway years ago after school and was given a proper sub.Nowadays expect to be ripped off by foreigners that sprinkle on 2 pieces of onion and pepper and demand an extra charge for what Canadian kids used to throw on as normal.They take the leftovers home at night so expect them to be cheap.This isn't the only location this has happened at.Says quite a bit of where this country has been going for the past decade.

On January 5th, 2024, Cheyenne made my son and my sub, my sub, a vegetarian was I think the best sub I have ever had at a subway, she made sure I had enough of everything I asked for and my son had a pizza sub and he to was also very pleased with how she made it. Made like she was making it for a family member or friend. Highly recommend this subway.Thanks CheyenneVegetarian options: They have so many good fresh veggies

From the moment I walked in this morning until the time I left the atmosphere was nice and friendly. The bun was super fresh and the entire meal was perfect. Great staff!!

When you order from this location though their app, luckily, just in time I got there, they were making my order, however, I caught that they had ingredients on my sub already that I specifically requested not to have on my sub. I told the employee, that's not what I wanted on my sub. He attempted to try to take it out, but my sub was a mess already. I told the employee to remake my sub again because there were multiple ingredients on it that I didn't want.Pay attention to the order and I would've given this place a better 3 to 4 star review...

The following happened during lunchtime today1) Vegetables didn't look fresh and looked like they were about to rot2) The crust of the bread was hard.3) The tables and floor look like they haven't been cleaned since yesterday.4) Told the girl that made my sandwich to put a little bit of mayo on, then she proceeded to not listen by putting on half an inch by half an inch of mayo. She needs to learn how to comprehend what is the difference between a little and a lot.5) The staff were complaining exceeding loudly for all the customers to hear about other customers. If the staff are so miserable in regards to working in the customer service industry, they need to find a different job that doesn't require them to deal with customers.I WILL NOT BE EMAILING MY COMPLAINT BECAUSE NOTHING IS GOING TO BE DONE TO RECTIFY THESE PROBLEMS THAT HAVE STATED ABOVE.

Picked up a mobile order on Wednesday October 5, 2022.Food was good, however...The "employees" inside can't seem to update the app when your order is ready, greet/engage customers when they enter the establishment or confirm the correct person is picking up the order.I've seen better customer service at establishments that lack walls. Training is not the issue here as these ladies would rather sit on their phones than service customers.
