I ordered from this location through UBEREATS.
Before ordering I called in to make sure to put extra crispy onion on all of my tuna sandwiches. The girl was so nice but guess what? MY SANDWICHES ARRIVED AND THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE ON A DIET😂 LITERALLY JUST WIPED THE TUNA ON THE SANDWICH AND BARELY ANY CRISPY ONION. CALLED THEM BACK AND THE GIRL WHO MADE IT SAID TO ME SHE PUT THREE TIMES THE QUANTITY OF CRISPY ONION ON MY SANDWICHES 😂 MY RESPOND WAS, I DON’T WANNA KNOW YOUR ONE QUANTITY AND THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY MONEY. IT WAS SO DRY AND TINY. LIKE WHY?!?!?!? WHY DON’T YOU FOR ONCE MAKE IT RIGHT? Why make it so small? I bet you the owner loves her for doing that. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Absolutely phenomenal all around! The store was clean and tidy, bathrooms clean and stocked, the service was amazing, smiles from the staff as they served me and my brother, and to top it all off the food was perfect and well made. Students who go there from McNally must have an enjoyable lunch break here. Keep up the good work!

We live in the neighbourhood and visit this location when we do Subway, although that will no longer be the case after tonight. I don’t think we’ve had a single positive experience with customer service here but we’ve more or less dealt with it and moved on. After tonight, we will not return to this location. We ordered a sub and a salad, dressing, rice and chicken on the side. They put the dressing in the same size bowl as the salad and when we protested that, they said they ran out of the dressing containers so they had to put it in the large bowl and we’d have to pay for the cost of the bowl. Obviously that was ludicrous to us but we were given 2 options. Dressing on the salad or on the side in a large salad bowl that we pay for. We argued with them about how insane that was that we’d have to pay for something else because they ran out of stock on the proper size but they stood their ground very rudely insisted it was their way or nothing. Then they came to the counter with the rice and chicken in SMALLER bowls! So literally a compromise between the salad dressing containers and the large salad container that they were making us pay for! I don’t know how they’re still in business but they won’t be getting ours anymore!

I asked the girl if they still had the $4.99 turkey sub deal and she said yes and nodded her head. I got to the till and it was $8.18. I had just tapped when I noticed the price. I brought up the discrepancy, and the girl asked the manager. I still got no price relief. I will not eat here again or recommend this location.

Subway is a good choice, normally. Show a coupon? No, she won't take it? Ask about sauces? They are happy to point and say "pick something". Ask about how to collect points on the loyalty app? Expect a staff member to audibly sigh loudly then hold her head as if "getting a migraine", roll her eyes if you talk to her and... well, you probably feel like you were a burden but at least the quality of the food is the same as others. So.. it's worth the star. If the food was remotely less quality.. 0 stars isn't an option anyhow.

Don't expect service or a well advertised deal at this location. Ended up with 2 subs for more than the price of the 3 the coupon offers (granted, with 1 half of 1 footlong with extra cheese).

I see why I prefer Quiznos, heck a gas station or me making a sandwich. If this is what Subway is offering for with service... Keep competing against Mr. Sub in quality, pre-made sandwiches from a grocery store for service or literally any human who can toast bread and add toppings - which far exceed this. ((I'd put my hand on my head on the counter and sigh, like earlier... but it's pointless. Sell the franchise now, or your entire chain - before you don't have any options left to continue before buyout or bankruptcy.))

I went in there but desperately needed to use the bathroom, also pregnant they both looked at me and said you have to purchase something before u use the bathroom. Mind you she was helping someone else and i voiced to them both i was going to order something her reply to me was “wait im helping someone else” What kind of customer service this is?! You people need to stop choosing customer service as ur jobs if u have absolutely no customer service! I am disgusted as much as i am disappointed. I will not come here and spend my money here with this mentality.

I have been into this subway 2 times this month. Both times the girl who takes the cash and makes the sandwich basically seemed like I was wasting her time as she had to put her phone down. She won’t make eye contact and generally gives off angry vibes while speaking in her language to the other employee. When I asked her to hear my sandwich instead of toasting she just ignored me. I won’t be back. This lady is in wrong industry.
