Ordered a teriyaki chicken salad bowl and was given 6 small slices of chicken. Asked for cucumber which I got 6 of and pickles was a tiny handful. When paying I was shocked at the salad being worth nearly $16Will never return

I noticed that this location had a significantly better rating than a closer location so I thought I'd give it a shot. I messed up my skip the dishes order but they were very helpful when arrived, and then gave me a free cookie to apologize for the confusion and delay! They went above and beyond.

Love their customer service!! All the employees are so sweet!! I usually order through skip or uber and I always receive my order as per my request. They try their best to make their customers happy and serve them exceptionally well. I recommend this location over all the other subway locations in the city!!!

This is not my first time with a subway but definitely first time on this location’s subway and the experience is undoubtedly questionable.First of all, the girl at the counter was a trainee but thats not the problem.The problem was in the fact that she dint knew anything. Usually as I have seen in other locations, there is always an experienced person giving on-job or live training to a new person over the counter. Over here, she was handling it all alone and she dint even knew the name for the meal, nor the content, nor the quantity. I was requesting her from time to time that she missed this or she missed that etc.Good communication skills is always an add-on when you working in a restaurant chain. This is one of the things that should be improved.Second, the veggies were NOT fresh. You could smell the staleness when you take a bite. Only the sauces were fine.All in all Not a good experience.
