I haven’t had subway by choose for 10 years (bad memories) and I decided to give it a try.

The place is clean and I called before hand to make sure it was open. The person on the phone was nice.

When I went to the store I asked for their personal favourite. MINUS THE TOMATOES- don’t wanna disrespect the chef just how I like mines.

Y’all. Tell me why this was one of the best sandwiches of my life… So here I am writing a review because I always give people their flowers when due.

I grabbed their name before leaving so shout out to CHINENYE. They were kind and patient and informative and non judgmental with my awkwardness.

So I always right a review after interactions like that as a person with social anxiety because I want others to know of the places that they can be themselves at, or at least try… a good sandwich heals.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received tonight from the woman closing the store. Unfortunately, it seems like every time I visit, she’s the one working, and her customer service is consistently rude. Tonight, I placed a pickup order for 10:45 PM and called to let her know I’d be about five minutes late, arriving at 10:50 PM. When I got there, the door was locked, and it appeared she was with someone who might have been her boyfriend or husband. He opened the door for me, and after picking up my order, I asked if I could place another order for a sandwich. She told me no, which was confusing because the store was still supposed to be open until 11:00 PM. The bar was still fully stocked, nothing was packed up or cleaned, so I don’t understand why she couldn’t make another sandwich.

It seemed like she was more focused on serving her companion free food than accommodating a paying customer. Overall, I’ve had multiple poor experiences at this Subway location, and this was by far the worst. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously in the future, especially during closing hours.

Called the place 31 times trying to cancel an online order cause I placed it at the wrong location. Why is no one answering the phone?
Very frustrating having to drive across the city to pick up an order when all you needed to do was pick up the phone. Wasn’t even busy when I got there.

People want to eat healthy foof instead this location and owmer is totally ignorant. I never leave bad review but this location piss me off so many times and I am.done with you guys.
TO OWNER make sure your staff of use fresh ingredients. Donot serve garbage.

Absolutely disgusting food quality.Never ordering again. Employee has attitide for no reason. Messed up my order 3 times.
THE OWNER IS GETTING REVIEWS FROM HIS OWN STAFF AND FAMILY. I heard he is pushing stuff to give 5 star And ask their family member to give extra stars.

I went here on Saturday evening and the lady working there was kind of nasty. She was short tempered with all of the customers, didn’t smile once, and overall make it a very tense experience for no reason. She was like this with me, the three people in front of me, and the two people that followed. She also acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked to build my own sub. Thankfully, the food was good other than the sandwiches being a bit burnt.

Keeping Confidential

I called and asked for extra jalapeno on the side, and they said no. I said I didn't want to write a bad review, and they said it "didn't matter." I ordered 3 veggie salads with tomato, cucumber, black olives, lettuce, onion, and spinach. The salads only had lettuce, onion, and a tiny bit of spinach. I couldn't believe it.
