Disappointing order at this location. I just ordered a salad via DoorDash and the salad was the equivalent of throwing the toppings of a 6 inch sub in a bowl and calling it a day.

Ordered a snackwich and a sub sandwich online. The snackwich was rock hard and was impossible to bite into. Plus the sub sandwich was somehow ice cold and hadn’t even been toasted and was missing toppings I had ordered through the app.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Subway today. I was refused service simply because I ordered a rotisserie chicken rice bowl — something I’ve had made for me at numerous other Subway locations dozens of times without issue.

While I understand it may not be explicitly listed on the menu, it has never been a problem in the past. I have very strict dietary restrictions and rotisserie chicken is the **only** protein option at Subway that I can safely eat. I explained this to the employee, Lily, and noted that this was due to **dietary allergies**, but she still flatly refused to prepare the order because it wasn’t listed as an official bowl option like the steak or sweet onion teriyaki.

Even after I respectfully pointed out that other locations have always accommodated this without hesitation, she insisted she could not make it. I left without food and deeply frustrated — not just by the lack of flexibility, but by the complete disregard for someone with dietary needs.

This was an appalling experience, and I sincerely hope Subway addresses this kind of inflexible and insensitive customer service. Accommodating dietary restrictions shouldn’t be treated as an inconvenience. Would not recommend this location.

And then I remember it was me. I made the sandwich. I was in control. And I have no one else to blame for my actions. Pathetic

I had a fantastic experience at the Subway on 99 Street thanks to Chinenye! She was friendly, efficient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. She’s the cleanest person working at this restaurant, and it really shows—the place is always spotless and smells great every time I come in.
