Ordered off the app, as I have done several times before. But as of late, my orders have been wrong. Once or twice I will give the benefit of the doubt, but this is turning into a pattern.Last order was a turkey and cheese with tomatoes, cucumber and extra pickles. Sounds simple right? NOPE.You only had to add 3 ingredients to my order, how could you get it wrong? Well there was only a couple of pickles and no tomato. Instead my sandwich was stuffed full of lettuce. I HATE lettuce. And they hollowed out the bun to fit it all in. As in they pulled out the soft part of the bread and left the crust. I took two large handfuls of lettuce out of my sandwich to throw away. And because they hollowed out the bun and i get my sandwich toasted (to melt the cheese) the bread became rock hard. Was a disappointing experience and I am done with them.

The attitude you receive for subpar sandwiches is wildddd.There is 1 person who is a great worker there ( not sure of her name, but an older asian lady?)The younger woman and the younger guy are both rude and don't listen or follow safe food practices. Like ever.This is probably the worst subway/sandwich place in the area, avoid it if you can.

RAMCHANDRA was all alone working tonight, for 30 minutes I waited patiently as he continued to complete online orders without a care in the world for the in person costumers who were waiting. Over 3 customers walked out before me as well!!! Don’t waste ur time if you want a quick sandwich this isn’t the place to go

Subway is not terribly popular, but I like eating healthy. The food might be suspect, and the buns might be soggy. But my alternative, would be fast food. Anything, anyone might say about Subway, might very well be true. But I truly believe in health. However like all things healthy, it is all more expensive, and Subway is no different.

Extremely rude to my 11 year old son when he asked to use the bathroom. Pretty annoying to be treated that way by businesses who are more than happy to take your money. Buns here are also soggy and

on july 12th atabout 9pm after i asked for the ingredients for an item. as soon as we started making the sandwich he asked “are you pregnant” i’m sure it goes without saying that this upset me, as I can’t think of any world where that is an okay question to ask, let alone in a professional setting. he then went on to elaborate that he said that because I had asked him about the contents of one of the sauces that are offered, and the last time someone asked him that, it was because they were pregnant. this interaction made me extremely upset and uncomfortable.
