Do not bother going to that location because when you go on the subway app, and tell them the sub you want them to make, they say oh we don't make that here.…are you joking me, then why is it on the app and you don't offer that sub? Go somewhere else other than Subway, because the word is out there that they use past expired items and number of violations with Alberta Health Services.

Just ordered through uber. My daughter had to spit out her first bite. The ham in her Italian BMT smelled rotten. My Cold Cut combo had a weird taste to it, and the lettuce was gross. They also used the wrong buns on all 3 of the subs and toasted them, which we didn't ask for.

Food was okay but missing condiments that were supposed to have been included. Ordered online, they weren't busy, food wasn't ready. Told 10 minutes extra. Waited 10 minutes before being told 15 more minutes. Was offered nothing in consolation and they needed to make phone calls just to refund the missing items. Staff was very nice and polite but seemed awfully trained/prepared.

Usually my go to subway and usually have no issues but my last visit made me feel like I was doing the workers a disservice by coming in to order food. There was absolutely no one in the building besides my 3 friends and myself and when I began to order my food the man was rolling his hands at me to “hurry up” to decide on my bread..made us feel very rushed and unwelcomed.

Very very bad customer service .I ordered a delivery through uber eats and this subway is 5 minutes from home , charged me 18.32 for a 6 inch foot long, too much priced, food is very very gross, I will never ever order from here.

Price is so high compared to Mr.sub. $12 for a small 6 inch. The chicken tastes gross. I took it out of my sandwich and ate the bread and vegetables. I won’t ever being going back. Sorry, the lady at the counter was nice. Just not going back.
