Price is so high compared to Mr.sub. $12 for a small 6 inch. The chicken tastes gross. I took it out of my sandwich and ate the bread and vegetables. I won’t ever being going back. Sorry, the lady at the counter was nice. Just not going back.

One subway is like the rest. What separates them is the staff. This subways staff wants to rush you threw. There nice, with decent customer service, but my problem is I have to explain over and over to the lady to not squeeze the bread. Cutting it she manhandled the bun. I said please don't squeeze the bun, (politely) omg when wrapping it up, she rolled it up so tightly that it was just a tube of meat and vegetables wrapped in a pitta when it was a bun to start with. I just tossed it and at 17 dollars for a sub it hurt to not eat it. Nothing like dough wrapped around brisket lol

I was charged for cheese while I didn't ask for it and didn't even get said cheese I was charged for smh...more communication between the employees please to prevent being charged for something you didn't ask for and the lettuce is not fresh most of the time it's brownish..and charging 2.50 for 2 slices of bacon is too much and she didn't even cut it for my salad plus she was on the phone(air pods) I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or not...I went there because it's closed to my house but I now will find another one to order. I wish I could get my money back
Avoid this place at all costs. A 5 minute drive to another subway will save you the headache of horrible staff, terrible food quality and again just horrible staff. Didn’t get the name of the girl I got the other day but she was acting like I was asking for the world lol and come to think of it anytime I come to this place, no matter who is working it is very bad service. waste of money, waste of time and just gross food.

Rotten food and lying staff. I ordered meatball sub with lettuce, onion, gr bell pepper, and black olive. Took one bite, and a rotten chemical taste right away. I called, told staff member the problem, and she passed the info to the Harry the boss. Harry called me, said I was very rude to the staff. The staff lied to the boss, making me look like the bad guy. The boss refused to refund me, telling me they cannot due to Subway rules and how the till works. He offered a replacement, but why would I want more rotten chemical tasting food.Update: The boss, Harry, emailed me with a more or less rude email. I replied back asking for a refund. He has not replied, and continues to ignore and refuse refunding me.Update 2. I have gotten no replies from this rotten place, and rude staff/boss. I have phoned my credit card to file a dispute, to get my money back.

So apparently this store thinks they can close at 8:50 when their business hours on their door say till 10 and on here it says till 9:30, I’ll be calling corporate and I won’t be letting this issue go until you guys do something to fix this. I may never go to a single subway after this unless you guys do something to remedy the situation. Even if they were running Covid hours, first of all it isn’t Covid anymore, second she wasn’t wearing a mask, and there is nothing posted anywhere saying they close early, I won’t be recommending this subway or any subway for that matter, I’ll recommend they come over to my place and eat my own homemade subs instead. Would’ve been spending 20 bucks there tonight but instead it has been spent at mcdonalds.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never eaten a foot long sub and still been hungry after... 4 pieces of cucumber. Maybe 2 banana peppers. (I'm not even exaggerating) and i cant decide whether the person was having trouble understanding what i was saying, or just terribly rude. This subway should be shut down. Or possibly change their name to McDonald's?? If I wanted a butchered piece of s*** I would have gotten a mcdouble. ??Seriously. Don't waste your time.*edit* don't be fooled. The person answering the reviews is doing nothing about the issue as he is clearly part of the issue here.I encourage people to reach out to "Doctors & Associates" out of Connecticut. The DeLuca Family. I believe they own the franchise and I'm sure they'd be much quicker to do something than one of the multiple corporate offices in Canada.

This subway is garbage. Employees couldn't care less. They have no idea. Asked them 3 times for a kids combo only to see a gloss roll over their eyes as they contemplated what a kids combo could possibly be. Instead of using the bread like EVERY other subway they used a small bun. Avoid this subway like the plague.
