Was in store Around 4pm dec.22/2024 store was quiet lobby was dirty ordered food both ends of my sandwich buns were hard ordered cookies expecting the usual soft fresh cookies and received six stale hard ones instead I highly recommend avoiding this location food quality was poor if I had a way to reach owners I would

Not sure if this is new practice, but why are things being fasley advertised? Supposedly your rice bowls are supposed to be made with the veggies and sauce on bottom with the hot rice and chicken on top wilting it all. The photo displays it nicely layered with the rice, chicken, veg then sauce... Also with it being upside down, you cannot get a proper bite of everything vs if it's made the right way. I would think it would be common sense, no? The lady making the bowl said that is how their store supposedly does the it.... Seems off to me. Or change the display idk

Roger was a good worker and made my sandwich really awesome. Just breathe was really nice and respectful. It was super busy but Roger and just breathe kept their cool and worked through it smoothly.
