On one of the worst road condition nights this year, we had to go back 3 different times and ended up without half of our food.

The first time we received the wrong persons food.

Went back a second time and when we got home realized the food we had been given had bites taken out of it.

Went back a third time and the lady refused to remake the sub because she said the bread was reserved for other orders and said the bite was not her fault because the person who she accidentally gave the order to did not disclose they tried it. The fact that she doesn’t see an issue with sending food home with the wrong person and then serving it to the next is an issue. She was extremely rude and even swore. We ended up having to go order food elsewhere after 2.5 hours of back and forth.

I would never go back and would recommend no one else does with this lack of food safety and customer service.

Lettuce was brown, tomatoes were frozen to the side of the metal container. The server had no customer service skills whatsoever. Don't eat here unless you want old food

I was there about 8ish the sandwich artist working there was super nice and lovely. I felt welcome when I entered there which is very very rare because usually you get eye rolls from employees. I asked her name but honestly I forgot but it was definitely something with k. The sandwich was perfect as it should be nothing less nothing more just perfectly balanced.

Came here this morning, had a very rude Indian server. Absolutely no, Customer service. She also said that they dont surve coffee at this location because Starbucks is close by lol. Ok, if that is true that's a ridiculous reason to not serve coffee cause, why would i want to leave to go Starbucks to buy coffee if i asked for coffee 🤔. This is my first visit here, definitely not coming back.

Came here with my boyfriend and had the worst food poisoning shortly after eating here.

- clearly the vegetables were frozen and then i thawed, (lettuce still slightly frozen, tomato’s were translucent, etc.)
- Worker that served us rushed us, didn’t get my order right, barely informed us on the promotion they were having, sounded irritated when she asked if we wanted another sub made (and what we wanted on our sub, and ultimately looked like she hated her job. She was also on her phone between each customer interaction.

- The cleanliness of the restaurant was okay, some of the tables were not wiped down (crumbs and sauce leftover from previous customers)

Not coming to this location again

The reason for such a low score is my husband and I specifically went out to Subway so he could get a Happy Gilmore Cup, he wanted either Gilmore or Shooter Mcgavine but this specific location only had 1 cup style available. Wasn't very happy, would think they would have gotten a little of all the kinds for options.
Associate wasn't very friendly, barely talked to us and didn't follow directions very well.

Whoever you guys had working yesterday at 7pm I’m tired of seeing this girls face everytime me and my girlfriend go this girl is disrespectful and has a bunch of attitude, if you hate your job go find a new one. nothing was ready had to run to the back 3 different times to grab different ingredients when it was dead before we got there… seriously this girl needs her attitude checked and we aren’t the only ones that feel this way it’s the same girl everytime who is just an absolute joke of an employee, I don’t like writing bad reviews but it’s every single time now and I’m done with it

I was ordering here regularly for lunches but lately it's gone down hill. Often things are mistaken or left out of my orders done on the app. Today my double meat sandwich didn't even have the regular amount so I paid an extra $5 for less then regular meat. Often I order and go to pick up so I shouldn't have to wait but every time it says ready and I show up they haven't finished they are just checking it off on the app as ready to have times look good. I'm going to start driving further to better locations as the last 7 visits have been something wrong and inconvenience of time. I'd recommend finding a better location if you can.

I've been ordering at least once a week here for a couple months over skip for pickup. Always great and bagged up nicely. On the app, there is no option to ask for bags.. Last time I went the new gentleman there handed me a sandwich not in a bag, i asked for one so I could put it in my backpack and not get sauce everywhere, he said 25cents with an attitude.. normally I wouldn't care and just pay but because I got it on app it was prepaid for, so I didn't bring my wallet.. just thought you should know, I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on.

I've been multiple Subway stores since I work around Edmonton. First I thought is I am too picky when I compare this store with others. Now when I check the reviews, I believe my customer experience is bad. I have no idea why there are 2 people work together but the speed is way lower than other stores. There are some stores only have 1 person work in early morning, and they done the job nice and quick. I can always enjoy nice breakfast before work, but if I buy from this store, I'm always late for work. And when there are multiple customers waiting, only one person is making food for customer, another person is always stay inside the room and just come out when check out. I like Subway because the employees from other stores are always very nice, and work fast. Except this one. I am very disappointed.

I will never understand how it's considered acceptable for employees to laugh and chat away to their friends through their ear buds as they're serving customers. Then look at me like I'm inconveniencing them and interrupting their personal time. Completely unprofessional.

I couldn't understand why my 6 inch Meatball Marinara sub cost $7.19 at this location, when it's $5.79 at other locations.After looking online, it turns out Subway prices may vary by location, but this franchise owner has chosen to have some of the highest pricing I could find. Comparable to places like Toronto.Sandwiches at a Subway location in Victoria BC are cheaper that they are at the Terrace Road location. You can't tell me ingredients in Capilano are more expensive than the rest of Edmonton. It's time to stop supporting price gouging.
