I was at this subway location yesterday the October 17 /2024 … to get a veggies sandwich but was very disappointed about the side of their bun now that they called it 6 or 12 inches but it wasn’t and very narrow bun now that the filling kept falling off , when the server puts it on whatever felts off she puts it back in their container , I had about 4-5 bites and that’s it ,

I always order online and they usually give me bag the one on 82st and 127ave always give me a bag when I order online the two ladies working wouldn’t even give me a bag they where rude didn’t smile or say hi have a nice day or anything

Lame saladThe bowl is half empty when the server goes to put the lid on the bowl. I ask why the bowl is half empty and she says it is because I ordered a salad. I say that shouldn't matter, please fill up the bowl. She puts a few leaves of spinach in it and says that's it, and waves her hand. I argue that the bowl should be full, as it is at other restaurants.Other restaurants put two scoops of avocado in the green goddess salad.

I'm a regular customer that they know and always order (2) foot long number 1sub. For the 3 time this week they have gave me (2) number 2 sub. I'm not impressed. This is my last time here. They have gone down hill.
If I could go lower than 1 star I would. I went in today and left with nothing. The lady making my sub was rude but I continued ordering anyways. Then the male worker who was helping the lady ahead of me was crunching up bacon for her salad with his gloves, he then proceeded to make her sandwich and put his whole hand in the lettuce STILL WEARING the same gloves that he just CRUSHED UP THE BACON WITH. I told the lady worker that was making my sub to stop because I didn’t want it anymore because the male worker just touched the lettuce. She started questioning me and then the male worker chimed in and started yelling that he didn’t touch the bacon (which was a lie) and then told the lady customer he was helping that “people are to sensitive these days”. I was not being sensitive at all its common sense DON’T TOUCH VEGGIES AFTER TOUCHING MEAT! especially bacon. I’m disgusted with the workers and their disrespect and LACK of hygiene. I will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone. P.S. it’s not hard to change your gloves after touching meat products and subway do better you won’t loose anything investing in some tongs for the veggies.

I been here about 4 times. I never had a problem here. I usually order the same thing. I know what I want before I even come in. Its either the cold cut trio or spicy Italian. Same toppings as always. I come in and wait until its my time. Then I say hello and tell them what I want. Sometimes they put less or more of the toppings I want. Its all good. As long as I get my sandwich I pretty happy.I could care less if they say hi to me or not. As long as I get my sandwich I am happy, but yeah staff here are always nice to me. The asian lady was very nice to me on my last visit <3
