Lame saladThe bowl is half empty when the server goes to put the lid on the bowl. I ask why the bowl is half empty and she says it is because I ordered a salad. I say that shouldn't matter, please fill up the bowl. She puts a few leaves of spinach in it and says that's it, and waves her hand. I argue that the bowl should be full, as it is at other restaurants.Other restaurants put two scoops of avocado in the green goddess salad.

I'm a regular customer that they know and always order (2) foot long number 1sub. For the 3 time this week they have gave me (2) number 2 sub. I'm not impressed. This is my last time here. They have gone down hill.

I been here about 4 times. I never had a problem here. I usually order the same thing. I know what I want before I even come in. Its either the cold cut trio or spicy Italian. Same toppings as always. I come in and wait until its my time. Then I say hello and tell them what I want. Sometimes they put less or more of the toppings I want. Its all good. As long as I get my sandwich I pretty happy.I could care less if they say hi to me or not. As long as I get my sandwich I am happy, but yeah staff here are always nice to me. The asian lady was very nice to me on my last visit <3

This location is my favourite. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Food is always good. It's a small location, but does have some seating.Parking: Mall parking lot usually has a lot of spaces free near the Subway entrance.

A really good subway. The guy that works in the morning is super dope I've had him a few times really nice easygoing. The Asian lady in the mornings usually is also super nice and really fast. Even the owners don't look hard to work with. I've been going here for probably 7? Years in the mornings for dinner cuz of my work. Never had a bad time. I mean sometimes the tomato's can look pretty àss. But it's subway. For subway they're like the best one in Edmonton.

We drive all the way from Southside to go to this Subway. They have the best customer service, they are super clean, their prep area is colourful and fresh. I love them so much.I feel bad for the abuse they take from the skip the dish guys.We forgot to take a picture of our food, it was amazing!!

Poor Customer Service. The lady was very rude. I just asked her to replace my $20 as it was tear from the bottom but she denied and spoke in a rude voice.. Less toppings in sub also..Will never visit again

Rofa had outstanding customer service and was really friendly. She made my my sandwich the best I’ve ever tasted. She also had amazing positive energy. And had make up that slayed. High fives to Rofa for doing so great!

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. I went in today and left with nothing. The lady making my sub was rude but I continued ordering anyways. Then the male worker who was helping the lady ahead of me was crunching up bacon for her salad with his gloves, he then proceeded to make her sandwich and put his whole hand in the lettuce STILL WEARING the same gloves that he just CRUSHED UP THE BACON WITH. I told the lady worker that was making my sub to stop because I didn’t want it anymore because the male worker just touched the lettuce. She started questioning me and then the male worker chimed in and started yelling that he didn’t touch the bacon (which was a lie) and then told the lady customer he was helping that “people are to sensitive these days”. I was not being sensitive at all its common sense DON’T TOUCH VEGGIES AFTER TOUCHING MEAT! especially bacon. I’m disgusted with the workers and their disrespect and LACK of hygiene. I will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone. P.S. it’s not hard to change your gloves after touching meat products and subway do better you won’t loose anything investing in some tongs for the veggies.
