There's some miscommunication going on regarding app coupons? I was going to order on the app but didn't have my credit card handy so decided to just stop in instead since the coupon didn't say anything about it being online only. It applied on the app no problem but when I went in store the young woman working said I wasn't allowed to use it. I put in my number and she started the transaction which I canceled. She asked if I canceled and I said yes, I had a coupon to scan. She said they don't accept them without even seeing the coupon. When I asked why she said she wasn't sure but that's what her manager told her. I wasn't even going to go to subway tonight but specifically went because I had a coupon so I was rather disappointed, especially because I called a franchise owner I know elsewhere and they said it shouldn't have been rejected. Also I know it's difficult when you are the only one working and you have a few customers, but at the very least, gloves should be changed when going from touching the till to the sandwich unit. Also wasn't offered a receipt at all so I couldnt leave a review through subway.

If I could give no stars I would... they said they couldn't sell me meatballs. Wtheck.. that's so rude like I can't eat carbs or bread and I don't want my meatballs made into a salad. Seems kind of ridiculous you can't sell me a portion of meatballs 🙄

Ordered on the app for pickup at 5:45 pm. Received an email confirming my order with an order number. Husband went to pick up at the agreed time only to be told by a very rude employee that there was no order. He showed her a screen shot of the order confirmation and tried to show her the actual confirmation email but she just kept saying there was no order and refused to even look. Would not help in any way. Was extremely rude and incompetent. He left without the two subs that I'd paid for through the app because she wouldn't even try to investigate the issue. I checked my bank and I have been charged for something I never received. 6 hours later it still shows the charge. There is no refund. They took my money fraudulently. I will be seeking legal action. Be careful using this location! Obviously there is some scam going on where they take customers money but do not give you what you paid for. I've contacted their head office but as it stands I'm out money. I demand the employee who refused to even look into this matter be reprimanded! I also demand that you refund my money!

The 2 working lunch service are always so courteous and inviting, and seem to never forget a face. With subway lacking these days, this location always seems to be on point. Never had an issue, and will go out of my way to come to this location.

Hao was amazing. Amazing customer service. Literally have never seen such a perfectly made sub! It was something out of a commercial! I would really recommend checking him out! The owners of this place should definitely give him a kudos! Thank you so much again for your excellent customer service! Other places just slaps it together.

I'm not the only review stating how light the toppings are from this location. Adding an extra few cents of product would probably be a better investment than trying to get into tinkle contests with reviewers.
Subway is subway. I love the new menu but the service is my favorite. I like how attentive and generous they are with the toppings
