Told me no when I asked for veggies on my breakfast sandwich. Same sandwich I get in every location in Edmonton. Also prices are highest in city. Dont back this owner.

No make that RUN, RUN, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM T.H.I.S. LOCATION!!!!!!!!!
That’s the Jasper Gates Subway on the south side of Stony Plain Rd between 150 St & 151 St.
New owner/manager counter person is a
M.O.N.S.T.E.R. Rude, abusive and CHEAP!! Subway reimburses their stores for coupons and sales.
1st - no soup- they’d run out
2nd - no cheese and herb bread, actually said white only but they did have multi grain - again, because they’d run out
Used a coupon, he put less than half the meat on and only half the cheese. I didn’t say anything, just waited to see what he would do. He pretended like he was playing by the rules. Ha!! Asked for bacon to be crispy and grease absorbed by paper towel. He tried to act like he didn’t know what we meant. When I explained he mocked me like I was the ignorant boobie. When I asked for double tomato he added A single, small slice. When I said “double” he flipped out said he’d already given me double. At that I said that the sub came with double cheddar and he’d barely put on half that he yelled that it was because they were out of cheddar.
3rd - out of cheddar - so it’s ok to give you less than half of the cheaper crap cheese
Too bad google only allows one star or more ratings this place should be minus 5. Not going back. Took pics of the MEATLESS turkey club with bacon. Paid $20 for a foot long plus 6” that had 6 HALF slices of turkey, 6 HALF slices of ham and 5 strips of bacon - that was over the foot long and the 6” altogether -and only a half serving of cheese instead of the double cheddar. The foot long should have had 6 FULL slices of turkey, same for ham and 4 slices of bacon and double cheddar plus veg and sauce. Took multiple pics of EMPTY sandwich.

Went in with a coupon and was treated bad , gave me less cheese then normal And less meat then normal, when I asked for more veggies he said no.

I then asked him if the reason was because I had a coupon he said yes and told me that I was getting a deal because of the coupon and I shouldn't expect extra anything.

I then asked him why would I come back if I am treated this way and he said he didn't care if I came back or not.

I will not be going back to that location.

In my opinion you should not visit this location.

I watched the person making my sandwich, which is gluten-free, touch bread with gluten then do mine with the same gloves. They're lucky I just have severe IBS instead of an actual allergy.

Absolute worst Subway location in the entire city. Terrible quality, and even worse customer service. The owner is the most rude fast food service worker I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your time here. By the looks of it and all these 1 star reviews I hope their corporate office looks into this.

i got a meal for myself july 9th @6:30 and when I asked for napkins I thought I ruined the employees day. Thought napkins came with the food. I’ve never gotten so much attitude for asking for napkins.

Very bad experience with them. I ordered online of veggies patties and i was waiting for my order from last 30 minutes. They confirmed my order and application shows they are preparing order but they cancelled at the end. I had to call them and they didn’t answer me properly with apologies. It’s all their fault, if they hadn’t veggie patties why they accepted at first place. I will never recommend this subway.
