This location never does extra properly. In addition to on the 15 subway select they never put the double cheese when it’s stated on the menu unless you stand up for getting the sandwich the way it was ordered or stated on the menu.

Been about a half hour waiting in line and still waiting. Only 1 person in front of me. I don't understand why it takes so long to put lettuce on a sub. Horrible experience . Probably another half hour to go. It takes me 2 minutes to make a sandwich, that's including taking everything out of the fridge and putting everything back. Subway has everything laid out in front of them. Whats so hard?

One of the best experiences i've had at a subway. They were very polite and handled the food with love. Packaged everything with care and a smile. I will certainly be going back and imo if you are in the mood to fill your belly and receive a smile go there.

I came to get a sub combo at lunch. There was a man making bread beside the cash register, handing people the bathroom key with the same gloves he made bread with. They only had 2 options for bread. White & Italian cheese. We stood in line for almost 10 minutes before our order was taken. I paid for a large combo and was given a small sized cup. When i asked for a large cup, he said this was the only size they give now and if I wanted a bottle, I’d be up charged for it. The subway in Unity Square has HUGE cups, so I know this is not true. I was there last week and got an actual large cup with my order. To top it off, when I got my soda, it was flat. All in all you can tell that the owners of this restaurant are unsanitary and cut every corner they can. Do not eat here if you want a quality experience. I’ll never go back to this subway again.

Horrible experience. I am a black olives fan so I tend to get a lot of them on my sandwich.. I’ve been doing this for 20+ years and never once had any issues, until today that is. A lady was making my sandwich and I said I wanted alot of black olives and she proceeded to put 4 black olives on my sandwich.. I continued to explain to her that I meant alot. I asked her about a good 4 times to keep putting more and she just wouldn’t. Then she looked up at me and said that’s enough and in shock I said excuse me ? And the gentleman beside her came up to me and said that’s more than enough and just simply judged me based off my preference. He continued to argue with me saying that apparently for 20 years “everyone has been doing it wrong” because you’re NOT allowed to give customers extra toppings. I didn’t even pay for my sandwich after being so rudely disrespectful by a worker.. apparently this store doesn’t care about customer service nor how the customers experience should be good. Never going back to this place and that’s a promise!
