6pm they decided to close their dining area, and bathrooms because they cleaned them too early. They are supposed to be open for another 4 hours!! When anyone said anything, the woman working had a nasty attitude about not wanting to clean it again.
Why bother having a dining area or bathroom for PAYING CUSTOMERS if they can't use them??

It's just a subway. The quality of the subs are hit and miss with who work that day. I've been here, like, 4 times and the subs were great 3 out of the 4 times.
Vegetarian options: Of course Subway has vegetarian options
Dietary restrictions: It's Subway.
Kid-friendliness: It's Subway, the kids are kids. Sometimes they are nuts and sometimes well behaved. Both are completely understandable here.

I ordered a 12" carnivore sub with no capriola but wanted ham instead. They charged.me for the ham but didn't refund me for the capriola.
Bad business in my opinion.

I go to this restaurant pretty often when I'm in the city. However they almost never have soups available. Having soups available is a great opportunity to increase average ticket and keep guests happy.
I have decided to not go to this particular Subway moving forward.

I ordered online, walked into the store and headed straight for the bathroom. As I B-lined to the toilet, the lady asked me if I had a pickup order. I said yes, I told her Taylor. Keep in mind the restaurant is open till 10 pm, and I asked for the key to the bathroom. At this point, I was nearly going to have an accident. The lady told me the washroom was closed for the night. I said unbelievable, how can that be, you are still here, how can the bathroom be closed. I replied that if I did not get in there, I would have an accident. She told me to wait till she was done helping the customer who arrived while I was waiting for my food. I waited 10 minutes for her to finish, and then she told me the key was right there. I grabbed it and relieved myself. I returned the key and waited for my food; again, she asked me for my name. I felt that wasn't nice, as I had already told her. It seemed my suspicion was correct at this point, and she began having an attitude toward me. I assume she thought that I would not make a fuss and be denied the ability to use the bathroom.
I was so upset that I decided to ask her when the manager would be in; she hesitated and reluctantly told me 8 or 9 am. I asked for her name, she said she wont give out her name. I told her not to worry; I would get it and speak to the manager. Subway is losing its culture and no longer has a friendly environment; it is toxic and selfish. It's become a typical big-box franchise that no longer cares about customer satisfaction. SEPTEMBER 8th, 2024, 730pm.

They have started to be really stingy on meat scoops doing less than the edge on the scoop. Half of the sub ends up meatless. Id recommend going to other locations.

If the hours are open until 10 you shouldn’t close 10 minutes early, 5 minutes is understandable not 10.
I order a Canadian got a soggy sub with no meat . Order from door dash !! I guess I’ll always have to go into subway to get what I want.. wow I just called them and they lied to my face and hung up on me . Won’t even give me higher up number . 20 dollars for a veggie soggy salad . Someone call me back !! Things are way to expensive to get ripped off . I’m posting a read all Canadian sub .

Tried to order on line 2 for 1 foot long subs. Argh!!! Wonderful Sub staff helped 2 seniors manage. However, the sub app is difficult for all ages.

MY TRUE STORY. When I used to come to this location all the time there was a white old lady that would not answer my requests. I would ask simply for extra pickles but she would count out 8 pickles for my foot long ham sub. I asked her for more but she would not give me more.
So I ask for the olives, both green and black on the side plus jalapenos and bananas peppers. She gladly excepted and put them in a package for me. Because she made an issue more than once, about a dozen times about pickles I had enough. Pickle counting? Go to Real Canadian Wholesale and buy like 1000 for $7!
When I left I threw those ingredients in the trash and said out loud so she could hear "I am throwing this in the trash simply because you WONT give me extra pickles I will NEVER return!" I had gone to this locations from 1991 to 2017! But that was the last straw.
This location may have changed but CALL THEM OUT if they wont give you a bunch of cheap pickles on your NOW overpriced sub.
