We ordered and querried the app coupons...and was abruptly shut down by our server. Kind of frustrating to only have an online coupon that is only valid if pre-ordering the meal. We all know that the sandwich will not be prepared the way you like it unless you are supervising the construction. That is the beauty of Subway.

I know it's just subway but this one is horrible. The people here are clueless and ridiculously cheap. When watching the lady scoop the roasted chicken on my sandwich she made sure scoop the smallest amount possible and when I pointed it out she said I would have to be charged extra for more meat. A foot long sub come with 4 pieces of cheese and these people are so cheap they spread out 3 pieces of cheese on my sub and threw it in the toaster and when I pointed it out she blatantly lied and said she put 4. Pulled it out of the toaster and said ya there was 4 it's all melted. You could clearly still see only 3 pieces. Then when it came to vegetables they put on the bare minimum to try and save pennies. It's customer service like this that is going to cost you guys dollars In the long run with lost customers. I will never come here again you guy are horrible. I gave you guys 2 chances because I work close by but after noticing this both times & to top it all off there being something wrong with the roasted chicken being all rubbery when I've never had it ever like that EVER from and subway. And your bread being stale. You guys have one of the WORST ones I've seen.

Me and 3 others mates were at this Subway on Dec 5th, 2023 at 9:23 PM. Lady at reception is one of the worst human beings I’ve ever came across. No Professionalism at all and She made a racist comment by saying if we just came from back home! I would never put a foot in this store ever again and advise the owner to “educate” staff to at-least speak politely. If the lady on duty is owner herself, It’s never too lady to start working on yourself even if you’re in your 40s!When we ordered 4 subways through Subway app, (Which offers grill option and we have always had grilled Subways for past 10 years) She at first said that grill machine wasn’t working. When we politely asked her again as grill machine was clearly working, She said that it was only for wraps! We again politely asked her as we have always had grilled subways, She then proceeded by saying that she is not going to grill subways at all no matter what and made a racist comment by saying “You guys come from India to do this!” She was basically screaming at us and had audacity to tell us that we don’t know how to speak while she clearly needs to be trained for having a decent human behaviour while on duty!!!At end we told her that we will cancel whole order if she wasn’t going to grill Subways, She said “Sure you guys can go, I’m not going to grill them no matter what” So we left.????????????WORST SUBWAY IN THE WHOLE WORLD ????????????

I was there today on Dec 5th, 2023 with 3 other friends and we ordered 4 subways to pick up through Subway App.Lady at reception is the most miserable person I’ve ever met in my life. Her attitude was as bad as her skills of making a Subway. We had grill option (It’s provided by app and all my life I’selected for all Subways and it has never been an issue) and lady tells us grill is only for wraps, not sure why subway has the grill option for sub on the app. Additionally, she clearly makes racist comment by saying you guys come from back home and do this which has nothing to do with the order and the matter itself as we were clearly asking for what we paid for. In addition, they added less meat than subway standards on my pizza sub melt. After some polite back and forth she tell us if we want an order or not. I strongly believe that owner needs to train the staff and if she is the owner she needs to work on her attitude. My worst subway experience ever.

The looks they give you when you ask for a little bit more veggies is utter discust I will NEVER go to this location again because of the way I was treated today!!!! The food wasn't good either totally made with hate!!! I swear if I didn't watch them make it they probably would of spit in it !!!

I came here about 2 or 3 weeks ago. The guy making the order seemed upset that I was there, had no idea what he was doing. It's Subway! How hard can this be? He barely put any veggies on the sub. The lettuce was disgusting, old and brown. Again, this is not difficult! Wash your containers and make sure the lettuce is fresh. I'm convinced a bunch of 12 year olds, with no training, could make better sandwiches than these jokers. The sandwich was just gross anyway. Don't waste your time with this dump and the soulless, skimpy with the veggies, penny pincher workers that clearly don't want to work to earn money.

Honestly, I’ve been eating at this location my whole life (I grew up a block away) and in that 20 plus years, I’ve never ever had an issue. The staff has always been amazing, and they even handled COVID with absolute ease. The upsetting part is the last 2 or 3 in person visits have been bad and I’ve had the worst luck ordering in app. But you know what? These little inconveniences won’t ruin my opinion on this location being probably the best in Edmonton. I have found that the teenagers that have been hired as of recently are a bit on the lazy side and sloppy but I’m keeping hopes high it’s just because they’re new. I would like to give a couple special mentions though to Paul and Karen (I think is her name, im not sure if she’s still here I haven’t seen her in about a year) also as they have some of the best customer service and really do seem to care about the things that happen, whether it’s an in person situation or an email survey! Thank you guys so much for keeping myself and my family fed all these years and never letting us down. Subway, you guys rock.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie and sauce options, you don’t have to get the meat on your sandwich.Kid-friendliness: It’s a dine in/take out fast food restaurant, it’s just sit down and go.Parking: It’s a decent sized lot as the location is in a shopping plaza. There may be times you’ll have to park in the other lots, but the parking is available always.
