Terrible customer service

The quality of Subway's food is beyond ridiculous, especially this particular location. On August 2nd, I ordered a Brisket Footlong Sub. After I paid and took a couple bites, I came across something disgusting. In a couple of pieces in my Brisket I found small bits of plastic embedded in the Brisket.
If you want to pay for an overpriced, low quality sandwich don't come here.

would give negative stars if i could, my partner got a steak and cheese sandwich which he’s been getting for 20 years, got a piece of bone inside the meat and when i brought back the entire sandwich with the spit out bite (nothing was eaten), the woman working insisted because she’s never seen it happen it’s not possible and called me a liar, and a scammer stating i was targeting their business because i insisted on a refund for the sandwich. terrible business practice, terrible customer service, do not recommend wasting your time or money here!!!!!!!!

Ignores customers who came in and had been waiting for a while for new customers. Is also incredibly understaffed during peak hours. Not even Mr. Sub or Firehouse Subs has a single person on shift at a time - it's always two minimum.
Subway can absolutely afford to have more than one person at a time all day. This is unacceptable service. (At the time of writing, another employee came in, well after the rush.)

I did visit first time at this location and it’s evening time today .There was very respectful and sweet North Indian girl.🥺🥺🥺. Great service.

I wanna express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your 149 St. location on [may 14 2025]. Unfortunately, the sandwich I received did not meet the quality and service standards I have come to expect from Subway.
The sandwich was stale/not prepared as requested like the options of some veggies are not available which i understand thats why i asked for extra which they had and willing to pay for that but unfortunately refused to do so or maybe she didn't hear what i said but this doesn't happens once only, also the tomatoes are old everytime i come to this location and also poor customer service she seems mad if i asked something. This was quite disappointing as I have always preferred Subway for its fresh ingredients and reliable service.
I kindly request that this matter be looked into and appropriate action taken to ensure better customer experience in the future.
