I’m not usually the type to leave reviews too often, but I had such an amazing experience at this Subway that I felt compelled to share. Big shoutout to Jerin for making an incredible sub with just the right amount of sauce—perfectly balanced and not overdone. Despite me arriving close to closing time, she was exceptionally kind, professional, and very helpful. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I had an amazing experience at this Subway location! The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared exactly as I wanted. The ingredients were fresh, and the bread was perfectly baked. I appreciate how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was, making it a pleasant place to enjoy my meal. I’ll definitely be returning soon for another delicious sub!

DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
I am far from the type to go back to a restaurant or fast food place when my order is wrong. Usually, I just suck it up and move on. However, my experience at this Subway location was so bad that I felt I had to speak up.
I placed my order through the app and chose a 12-inch steak and cheese on flatbread. When I picked it up and brought it home, I was shocked to find the sandwich barely had any filling. I even took pictures to show how poorly it was made. I returned to the store and politely asked for the sandwich to be remade. The staff member apologized, saying she might not have been in the right state of mind or was overwhelmed with customers. While I appreciated her remaking the sandwich, the experience only got worse. After taking a few bites at home, I realized the meat was extremely dry and tasted off.
I went back a second time, asking for a refund instead. At that point, the employee tried to shift the blame onto me, implying I was unhappy no matter what. Additionally, I noticed that most of the meat containers in the display were left uncovered. When I asked about it, she explained that she keeps them open so customers can see the meat. I pointed out that this practice likely contributes to the meat drying out, but she didn’t seem to care much about the feedback.
I suggested she speak with her manager about improving the food quality and overall standards, but I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. This location needs serious improvements to its food preparation and customer service.

The worst Subway experience I have had in 30 years of visiting Subway locations. My receipt says, "Served by: 14 11/27/2024 6:14:01 pm" She absolutely needs more training on how to make subs properly. I have never seen someone make such poor subs. I was going to get into details but it just seems pointless, as she should be retrained entirely. This location is also always out of key ingredients for their major menu items.

Takes like 5 minutes to get the workers attention from the back and when you do, chances are they don’t have what you want. I’ve been here about 5 times admin for a meatball sub and 5/5 times they’re out. EVERY other subway i’ve been to will ask if i have a few minutes i can wait and make some more. Don’t waste your time for shitty service and even shittier food.

Sandwiches were subway sandwiches, I think we all know what they taste like.
I’m here to warn you about the “churros”. Not edible, better used as a baton, harpoon, or car jack stand. I may have almost chipped a tooth on these sugar covered sticks.
Oh and had to ask for napkins which should just come with the food.

One of the worst subways out there. I've come here a few times because of the convenience of the location and it's always the same frustrating experience. I've never seen more than one person working and that person is always foreign...which is fine, except they will favour the other foreign customers and completely ignore you.
Additionally, they never seem to have any ingredients available. Ordered a Teriyaki Crunch but they didn't have the crispy onions....so just a teriyaki I guess? Lady didn't seem to care that they didn't have a key ingredient for this specific sandwich and just shrugged. It is also not the first time that ingredients were missing.
Then when we were checking out we asked for a combo. Only gave us one instead of the 3 for all 3 family members who ordered sandwiches?? Not really a big deal in the end because this subway only ever has 2 fountain drink options anyway. Pepsi and ice tea. Sooo hope you like one of those options. ??♀️
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not one is because the place was clean. I think the management needs to hire some more English-speaking people and put a little pride into their business. A little effort goes a long way. I gave this location the benefit of the doubt too many times but I think I will just go elsewhere from now on.

The service I received at the 13725 66st location on Tuesday April 30th 2024 at approximately 17:25pm was attrocious. Upon walking into the location the female employee beyond the counter immediately stopped poking/tickling her coworker and scowled at my partner and rolled her eyes when he was placing our order for two foot long build your own sandwiches. While ordering my sandwich he asked for swiss cheese and the employee looked at him and said "NO!' And he replied 'I'm sorry?' To which she rolled her eyes and told him with an extreme attitude 'we're out' and proceeded to huff around while building the remainder of the sandwich order. The gentleman working proceeded to take over from her and complete the other sandwich remaining in our order . Upon paying, my partner handed a coupon we received in the mail to her, she snatched it out of his hand and said 'we don't even take these' to which the male employee replied yes and he ended up finishing the transaction. When we arrived home I noticed my sandwich was very thin and under filled. Upon inspection I noticed she put three pieces of meat and two pieces of cheese on my 12' sub which was below the normal amount. I was actually very disappointed with the service we were given this evening, the female employees attitude towards guests is far from ideal and made dining at this location leave a bad taste for future subway purchases
