I went to Subway to get a foot long sub with the free foot long cookie that was advertised on the app. The app did not work and when I asked for help in the store, Noone would help, even when I requested the manager she said she did not know how to work the app and walked away. I asked for them to discount the cookie and they refused. I walked out without making a purchase as I will not support restaurants who will not honor the app discount and also can't figure it out. Very poor customer service.

3pm Saturday November 9th, came for the BOGO footlong subs. The young lady that served my son and I was absolutely amazing. By far the best experience I’ve had at a subway. She was kind, helpful, friendly and very professional. I hope this review finds the manager of the store because she deserves a raise.

I must say SOME subway locations are not treating customers fairly, especially the customers who order through the app. I'll explain, having ordered two foot longs subs from this location and requesting the desired ingredients in varying quantities (less, regular,more) I arrived at this location earlier as we had to drive back to Calgary on labor day Monday.
Upon entering the ladies in there were already busy with making the subs and asked me to wait. Not complaining, I roamed around the shop and came to notice they were preparing my order with much less said quantities of ingredients vs what I had requested. E.g. for spinach she put 4 leaves on a 12" sub and said that's the regular quantity. Are you kidding me? Do you think the company you are working for had this notion of meagerness and sparseness for the product that has become a global hit and what you are serving to customers day in and out. It's a product where customers decides nd requests how much of what and all they need in a given sub! You can't just come from where all punjab and treat your OWN ppl unfair!

The sub was surprisingly good!! The sandwich expert was super friendly. We just did pick up so we were fine but it was quite noisy outside.

I am sharing my worst experience ever in my whole life It was my online order and when i reached there my order was not ready. There was a lady who said i m the store’s owner she started Preparing my order. I told her that i have already mentioned extra veggies and sauces on my sandwich. Then can u please put some extra thing on it. Bt she refused and got angry on me. And start shouting on me that u r not supposed to get anything extra. And she also said i will charge u for extra veggies and sauces. She was so rude with all the customers and told me u already got a free subway becz u paid for one. Basically, i ordered the subway using my promo code buy one footlong get another free. And she also told me that never come again in my store.

We went to subway today. This subway only run with one employee from evening. We are strick vegetarian and we want to use vegetables from back. That employee Gagan, she did really good job and make the sandwich like we want. But after sometime the manager Sharon came and she started talking rude with us as well as employee that why are you making sandwich from back and all. She is really in hurry that her behaviour was really disgusting and hurtful. Highly recommended when Gagan works but when it is manager don’t go. She does not have any quality of manager. Improve your skills of manager.

My suggestion for this location is to have the proper amount of staff on shift so others aren’t rushing and forgetting standard food handling protocol. The young lady that was on shift today wore the same gloves to make the sandwich in front of mine, take cash and give that customer his change back and then attempted to start making my sandwich with the SAME gloves on. I asked her to change them and she did but that is not okay… This brings up other issues like how often is this happening? How is their produce cut and stored? Are the staff washing their hands frequently? Yikes.

Major praise to the staff member that made our Skip the Dishes order today! I've always had good experiences with this location and today just solidified that this is my favorite one for sure.My daughter was so happy when we got the order and she is doing what she can to feel better and enjoy her treat!The owners should be proud that they hired a great team!! ??
