Honestly disappointed. The place wasn’t clean, the staff looked annoyed, and my sandwich was rushed like they just wanted me gone. Ingredients didn’t look fresh, and they barely followed what I asked for. For the price, this was not worth it at all. Subway used to be reliable, but this visit was a letdown. Won’t be coming back.

Got a footlong chicken Teriyaki Sub. Found a small hair likely eyebrow hair. Called and was told to call an hour later. Well I did call but no answer. Then next day called again. Indian Guy who answered the call said you need a free sub and that's not happening. He refused to call his manager after this gross negligence. I asked for his name, he said Jesse. I said that's not your name, he said that's all you gonna get and constantly accused me of trying to get free sub. I am filing an official complaint with the head office and I hope he loses his job. I was made to feel like a thief.
