I had an experience with Taren at this Subway that I’ll never forget.
Back in February, I had an onboarding, and being new to Canada, I didn’t know how things worked here. It was a family member who took me to the company so after the process, I stepped into this very Subway to wait for him.
I was really hungry but had no money on me. I went over to look at the drinks, then I asked Taren how much they cost, she told me and I just turned back to my seat. She just watched me in silence and calmly asked if I wanted anything She came over and asked if I wanted a drink, and when I said I didn’t have the money for it, she smiled and said, “That’s okay.”
A moment later, she handed me a cup of Sprite, AT NO CHARGE! What?! How? She gave it to me with such genuine kindness that I guarded that drink from spilling on my way home.😊
Fast forward to today November 1, I was in Church for a meeting and wanted something to eat while waiting for others. So I walked to the same Subway, and when I saw her, I recognized that she was the one who’d helped me months before. It got to my turn and she politely asked me to give her some time so she could make another bread.
I said okay and went back to my Church. I didn’t want to go back to get the food because -2°C is no joke 😂 but I went back specifically because I just had to tell her what her kindness meant to me.
She was happy to hear it, and she took care of my order with the same warmth as before. I was trying to figure out which toppings to get, and she went out of her way to suggest one I’d never tried, even putting it on just one side so I could test it first and not throw my food out if I didn’t like it. She suggested onion …..something alongside mayo.
Taren’s kindness and thoughtfulness really went a long way. She’s someone who sees people and cares beyond just serving a meal. Her actions speak volumes, and I’ll remember her kindness every time I pass by. Thank you, Taren, for being the kind of person who truly makes a difference.
Oh, I loved the onion cream sauce (it doesn’t taste like onion at all, just like you said), and I ate as though a dear friend made it for me.
Amazing customer service by Rav..She is so pleasant to deal with.Best thing about her is that She is always smiling and serves with passion.She should definitely get a raise.Every subway should have an employee like Ravinder.

The brown old aunty is terrible and she's weird she always overcharge and she was removing the chicken from the sub I'll never pass from that subway

I’ve been there last week in the morning I saw that there were an old lady that she were the whole time on the call and talking in another language she don’t had any respect how to deal with customers…! The morning stuff isn’t kind at all and don’t know how to deal with the customer compared to the evening stuff are much better ! I will never suggest anyone to go there ! The salami was old

Tuna had a piece of ham in it. They had no fresh meat, upon asking they said no. I can’t eat ham due to my dietary restrictions. Please subway, understand this serious issue and consider to maintain proper food safety and provide the same course to the staff. I am not writing this review to get a refund or anything in return, I just need this issue to be considered something very bothering. Thank you.

I have always chosen Subway due to its healthy options. But from now onI won’t even look at it. I was about to order a tuna sandwich and I found ham in it which for me personally is a serious thing because of my restrictions. It made me feel so uneasy and disappointed. I asked the staff if they had any fresh tuna but they said no. The staff’s behaviour was also very rude and discouraging, it felt like she was very unpleasant and forced to work. This was very disappointing and uncomfortable experience that I ever had till date. I also have a picture of the ham in tuna but I cannot upload it due to Google policies. I couldn’t even find an email to contact subway. Unbelievable Subway!

Meat was gray.. couldn't grill sub, bread was hard.
Lunch rush, didn't add all the toppings I asked for and was rushed out the door
Just was a bad experience at this location.

It says online it closes at 10 pm, but I went there at 9:40 and they said they weren't taking any more orders and the toaster wasn't on. Don't go there after 9, it's a waste of time.

Haven't had issues with the food here. Staff are friendly, store is reasonably clean. I would rate higher but the pricing for Subway has really gone up in recent years.
Another business keeping it from the "tax man" paid in cash and watched the whole transaction happen by calculator with inaccurate change being returned. No understanding when questioned ...

The employee working there had her East Indian music full blast. After my purchase, I proceeded to take a seat and the music was turned off. A few moments later, she got on a phone call that even the pub next door could hear. I guess the music wasn’t turned off due to a customer being present, it was turned off because a loud phone conversation had to take place. Nonsense at its finest!
