We ordered 2 veggie foot long. The taste was awful. No taste , just dry with hard bread. Even ordering ahead via app took 20 minutes to get the order. Packing was also the concern they do not know how to wrap. We got wrap with one side exposed. The staff on the till was rude. I recommend not to go at this subway location.

We just got a veggie patty footlong, the bread was very hard like a stone...When we went there back and show the girl she said it gets hard upon adding veggie patty after sitting long time in the oven.. And she even said that we get many similar complaints for veggie patty sub. It might not be her fault but the owner should look into this. You should exchange it or refund the amount. That doesn't make any sense to say that they can not do anything. Otherwise, you will loose customers.

After a long day of learning a sub was just what i needed! I walked into Southgate's very own subway located in the food court and was surprisingly pleased when greeted by Raman the employee of the subway, she was very nice, funny and cheffed up some absolute gas subs, best subway worker, give her a raise. 10/10 everything. Will come back again. She made my day a whole lot better after a long L day. I lost in Fortnite and got full boxed… thanks again Raman!
