Love subway, but this place has a nasty tempered women working there that just wants to argue with customers until you stand up for yourself and demand to speak to a manager then she will be quiet and fix her own mistake

They are very Rude. Does not know their own menuWill only let you order by number. Only had white and brown bread despite having a sticker of Bread options.Menu options are also not good since they switched the menu
Moe, you ripped me off. Gave me half the eggs on my 6" sub, and half the meat. 1 egg cut in half and 1 scoop of steak, charged me extra on The cheese too. Very dis appointing, I bet you do this to everyone. Shame on you. 16$ for a 6" steak and egg.

Arrived at 3:30pm to find the employee washing the floors. There was 1 customer finishing their sub inside. I explained that I needed a tray for a team event and the employee told me that was not possible, and then told me I needed to give them 24 hours notice. I asked if I could just order 10 subs and have them cut them into 4 pieces and he said no. When I asked why he said he would not have time as they closed in 90 minutes. I thought he was joking so asked how long it would take for 10 subs and he said it would take at least 45 minutes to enter into the computer. I said no worries I would go somewhere else and he said great. I went to the subway in Kensington (132 Ave and 127 street) and the employee there told me it would be no problem to make me a tray, or 2 if I wanted. Within 15 minutes I was walking out with over $100 in subs. Thank you Kensington Subway!
Worker was eating and cleaned his face off with his hand and never washed them before trying to make my sub.
Super slow workers, not efficient at all
It’s good
