The owner hovered over staff, not allowing them to do work. Nit picked at them. Owner charged twice the price of any other subway. I will NEVER return to this Subway.

On 10th April, around 5.30iss, she gave me very bad service and she dropped the chicken at floor and put it back to my sandwich and mess up my order totally, I asked for cheese in my sandwich but she did not put the cheese in it and just ignored me and charged me $15.20 bucks for teriyaki chicken sandwich and one small bottle of apple juice without toasting it and without putting cheese in it. Terrible service, zero star

Got severe food poisoning that landed me in the hospital. My daughter and I stopped on Wednesday, January 24 after her exams. I had nothing else to eat that day. Within 30 minutes of consuming my sandwich (cold cut trio) I was violently ill. I have never been so sick in my entire life. I was passing straight blood for over 24 hours. AHS has been notified. I was released last night around 9pm. The ER doctor was so concerned about me, they called me today to see how I'm doing and is going to call me again Sunday. My daughter had a different type of sandwich, which resulted in an upset stomach but not even close to the degree that I was. The meat must not be stored correctly or is too warm or something.
