I haven't had subway in a long time..thought I would try this place on lunch break and it was the worst pizza sub I ever had..full of marinara sauce and few drops of liquid cheese and it was maybe 4 inches long for 7 bucks..bread dried out and shriveled..

This is by far the worst Subway in the West End. Not only are the staff rude when you go into order. Nobody even follows any of the instructions if you try to bypass the terrible staff and get delivery. Not sure what the point of a “make your own sandwich” place is when they don’t even make it the way you want

So this subway is strict on the menu, today I ordered a sub and was told that I was not allowed cucumbers because the sandwich I ordered doesn't come with it, I had to argue about cheese, vegetables and sauce, and at the end they try to upsell you on drinks and chips. It's subway, if the sandwich doesn't come with it charge me the extra 2 cents for vegetables, cucumbers cost $2 and for some reason at this subway cucumbers cost a fortune.

I have been coming to this Subway location for over four years, as I work nearby and it provides a healthy option for me. It actually pains me to give a 1-star review. Up until recently, I’ve had good service and genuinely felt the staff treated me well. However, the last two times I’ve ordered online for pick-up, they have messed up my order.
The first time, I had enough time to eat my food there, so I caught the mistake and brought it back for them to add the mayo they missed. Instead of an apology, the lady gave me attitude and insisted it wasn’t on my order. It definitely was; it was written on the receipt. Despite this, she still had the audacity to tell me it wasn’t there. I let this slide as it was the first time I saw this employee.
The second time, I couldn’t pick up the order myself, so I bought a sandwich for my coworker as well and asked him to grab it. Again, they completely missed the mayo and didn’t put enough mustard. I understand these are minor issues, but I will not be bringing my business back here. My first job was as a sandwich artist, so I know it’s not rocket science.

I don't understand why people are giving this place such big reviews I went out of necessity the last few times. Bread was stale and dry, then the next time it was rubbery like not baked. The lettuce was wilted and brown, the cucks were dry, abd the green pepper was slimmy and that was disgusting. This time the male cashier held the debit machine to clear out the tips SLOWLY... I'm not tipping for them to make me a sub which is not good and it's the restaurant's job?! Lastly what did it for me was the footlong cookie that was wrong I do not recommend this subway.
