Absolutely rediculas!!!
She tried to put my chicken and bacon in the MICROWAVE instead of the oven to heat up. I told her to take it our and to put it in the oven like she was trained to do! That is disgusting that they would heat food up in a microwave 🤮
And then she put half the amount of steak on my boyfriends sub.
Subway as a franchise needs to take a page out of Starbucks book and close ALL your stores for retraining!!
Very disappointed in how much the fast food industry has gone downhill in this city 😕

I ordered 7 subs on sunday and guneet was awesome they were so yumm and she had a smiling face throughout… will visit again this weekend. Amazing server and nice environment inside the cafe!..

I just visiting and ask for use washroom over there one lady ,she ask you buy something from us then you can use washroom it’s so unfair. If someone not hungry first they need to buy food then use washroom it’s very bad.

Wow this specific franchise is absolutely horrible. They actually give u less meat than other subways... that would be like going to McDonald's and they short you on a pattie on ur burger... unbelievable they ought to be ashamed ..

New owner is trying to run this place with 1 employee to save on labour costs in busy hours at dinner time. This is causing Poor customer service and customers are getting angry for waiting so long and mistakes are happening in preparation of orders as well.

Really bad with the portion size. They don't read the notes for extra or more lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. Got half a bowl of tuna salad for my order. It was not worth it. It looks like they don't want to serve the customers and save the cost only. Never want to go back to this location again. The salad bowl was a rip off today. I am very disappointed with Subway if thats what they say is their standard. Obviously other locations have a better standard and a great portion size.

Worst experience ever. They take their sweet time to make your food if you order it online. Never get ready when you order online for pickup in time. When you enter the store and ask for your order then they start making yours!! Also, they being rude to you when you ask any questions to get your food. Very unprofessional.

I like Subway , but for some reason, they put so little food here, especially meat. This sandwich costs 17 dollars. It turns out that I paid for bread that was not even toasted. Why don't the owners change anything here, there is a certain standard that the workers do not adhere to

Bad experience. The lady was Harjeet. They refused to put an extra layer of onions... Seriously.... Though I did not ask any other veggies or pickle. Just tomato and cucumber. Owner and manager....just shame on you. I paid 13 bucks for that.

I went today to buy a sandwich and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. When i asked for a bag as it was a take out order the employee name Harjeet told me that the subway charges 0.25 cents for a bag since 2 years. I mean this is ridiculous. I have been to other subway locations numerous times and have never heard them charging for a bag. I had to give 1 star as i have no option otherwise this location doesn’t deserve any ratings. She was rude and I will not suggest anyone to visit this location.

I had a 6-inch turkey sub from this location in the afternoon and unfortunately became quite ill later that evening. I hadn't eaten anything else that day aside from my usual breakfast, and my symptoms started just a few hours after eating the sub. I’m still feeling unwell over 24 hours later. While the service was fine, I have serious concerns about food safety and storage practices at this location. After looking at other reviews, I’ve noticed multiple people reporting similar experiences of getting sick after eating here. I won’t be returning and hope this location takes a closer look at their food handling standards.
