Ordered 3 footlong subways online, didn't gave any bag and when i asked the lady made me pay for bag, I know alberta made a rule for this to pay extra but still, at least for online orders include an option online if you want us to pay extra and for extra alberta government asked for 15 cents to pay for bag not 30 cents!!!!!!
Its not about money its about how awful it is!

We orderd 2 make my sub sandwiches and instead we were charge extra than what we should have paid
When asked they were like we gave you our new numbered sub as its same what you wanted with extra cheese because that is what our manager wants to sell and they are only allowed to charge in this manner as it cost $3 extra per sandwich
They offered me refund for what they charged extra but I refused because i wanted to briblng to everyone's attention as well so you guys can make sure not get scammed even for little money
I do have receipt pictures just in case management wants to verify

My experience at this subway all over was very good as I always visit this subway and I like the food and service both but as today I visited one of the lady Maria she is very rude and she really doesn’t know how to behave with customer today my experienced really went bad at this place so I request to the manager please ask your staff to please behave very nicely with the customer. She doesn’t know the ethics I think so.

I walked in to order my usual: turkey, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and mayo all on Artisan Italian bread. The lady who worked there told me there were only 2 turkey slices instead of 3, even though I go daily and order it every day. I know they put 3 turkey slices! She got snarky and said other places are just being nice to me. I told her, "No, go read the chart; it’s 3 slices." Once she put my sandwich in the toaster, she added that I can’t choose my own toppings and that it only comes with two toppings, which are spinach and something else. At that point, I decided to leave. I’ve been to plenty of locations in the Edmonton area and have never been told there’s a limit on toppings or which toppings I can have, nor have I ever encountered such condescending and sarcastic remarks from an employee. I worked at Subway when I was younger, and I definitely remember being told that customer service was number one. I always treated every customer with warm greetings and a welcoming demeanor. I guess the customer service industry has gone down the drain. By the way, it’s the employee with the missing teeth.
*Never returning again also telling my friends and family avoid this establishment!

Worst customer service i have called them more than 5times nd then the lady have picked my call on almost 8th call nd she said that we are busy and when we are busy we dont take calls atleast then can say pls hold for a moment that would be really appreiciable but this is non-sense like really you should talk to your customers about whats the matter nd these people says that we are busy so we are not suppose to take store phone. Apart from this i have placed the online order just wanted to confirm that order has been received or not, bcz these people have took money nd now i m not seeing any order on my phn screen like seriously these people are terrible nd specially this store. Pls dont go to this store they are not welcoming at all nd they are not in need of customers.

I ordered 2 veggie foot long but they put very less sauce made sub dry. Prefer avoid this location and try other location. I am not sure why they hesitate to add sauce.

I had ordered 2x cheese in my sub. They only put half the amount. I never asked to put pickles and yet there were pickles in my sub. The veggies were not fresh either. Very bad taste.

Worst customer service, she was so rude and makes worst sandwich , she didn’t even tuck veggies inside the bread and just wrapped it and all sauce was on the wrap. I was telling how i want my sandwich and she is not even listening to what i am saying. Not going to this location again.

I did online order , so order ready time 7:40 pm , when I arrived at restaurant is not ready but according to app it’s shows ready , why u guys not increase the time if u not ready on time.
