my humble opinion
This is usually a good subway. today, June 16th, I had the new steak and bbq sauce sub. pulled out 3 pieces of unchewable fat. that's ok, steak has fat. Went to the bathroom to wash all the drippings from my hands and had to go get a key, understandable. Washed up...had to smack the air dryer to get it to work then after I took a pee...no toilet paper on either roll on the near floor mounted toilet paper holder to flush and open the door. WHAT IF I HAD A POOP? WHAT REASTERAUNT LETS BOTH TOILET PAPER ROLL HOLDERS GO DRY ? That would have been a tragic and funny as hell moment in my life. My sock? My shorts? The girl at the front desk did seem very shocked and I didn't press it. Cheers Subway.

Absolutely furious. I walked in and showed the lady a coupon from the website BEFORE ordering that said buy 2 footings get 1 free and asked if I could use it. She said yes. I ordered my three subs and when she was adding the veggies to one of them I noticed a HAIR in the sub. I said there is a hair in that sub at which point she got annoyed grabbed the sub and moved let out a huff and said fine I'll make you another one....oookay obviously. She makes it...we get to the till and I give her the coupon..she clicks a bunch of buttons over and over and says I don't know we used to be able to use these ..then all of a sudden she goes you don't have the app? And I'm like no just the website which says at any participating subway and which is why I showed you before ? She goes well you cant use it. So I'm like k sorry that's why I asked you before so I don't want all three...so she grabs all three and throws them on the back counter. And then has the audacity to get mad at my that she has a huge line now blah blah blah. Like did I put the hair in your food ??? Didnt I ask you about the coupon first ??? Gross.

Garbage ordered salad from skip with double meat got the tiniest salad for $17 complete rip off

Workers are friendly and they load up your subs generously. Place is smaller but always clean no matter how busy they are! Hate waiting for online orders to be made first when standing alone in line but it’s part of life now I guess. Only location I’ll use!
