The Subway in Albany Edmonton is a great place to buy food! Milson (aka MJ) and the other subway employees does a great job in preparing my sandwiches and their customer service is excellent. Keep up the great work guys, 5 stars from me!

Today I ordered 3 footlong around 2:30 I also emphasized two times to her that I want everything in my subs but she forgot to put tomatoes and onions in two of them so easy order how she would forget . also less tunas in my all footlongs the packaging was not good enough since I reached home it was opened already got so disappointed

i never ever write negative reviews, takes a lot for me to write a negative review, saturday aug 03, 2024 3:30 pm, lady working had 0 customer service not even a hello, asked how are you and didnt even get a reply, proceeded to butcher my bun, when i got home and opened my sub, looked like it went through a washing machine before handing it to me, absolutely disappointed, if you dont want to work there than find a job somewhere else, will never go back there again

I ordered 5 different subways, some with veggies, some without. Two were for kids that I specifically wrote not to add anything other than tuna. They made all 5 the same without following any instructions. Doesn’t look like the workers are paying attention to details on the Uber receipts. Very disappointed, never ordering from here again.
It was the lunch rush, but the staff were in Slow motion. We waited almost 25 for a sub. There were ONLY 2 people before us. We won't go back.
