I came at 3:48 the guy was attending customer at that time. You have posted the closing hours at 04pm . So please don't make fool of people. If you dont serve after 03:48 dont write that you close at 4pm. Because mostly people are working here and they do rely on SUBWAY sometimes because it is a known brand. Moreover hire people who knows how to talk gently to customers. It insane what subway is doing.
I eat here all the time. Its not bad but its a Subway so lets not get our expectations too high here. Using the app to order from mobile is a great option and helps to skip the line, I highly recommend it!
Always a great experience!
The food and the staff is good. But there is always one person working during lunch time due to which customer waiting time is more than 15 mins just waiting for your order to be taken.
Just like any other subway outlet. Regular breads and usual sides .
The Subway in the Commerce building has the worst trained employees I've ever seen in any Subway. The staff there barely listen to your reply regarding inquiries on if you want this or that. I flat out told them I can't have the onions as I'm allergic to them, in went onions. It was grilled when I didn't want it to be grilled. At the till the cashier didn't even ask if I wanted a drink to go with the sandwich I couldn't eat.The cashier didn't seem to understand any better than the line staff did that this was not the sandwich I was trying to order. I eventually just walked away. Waste of my lunch break, thanks for nothing.
New staff hasn't been very well executed. Very minimal on the sandwich toppings. Not the same as it used to be.
Wonder full

The staffs are pretty much okay and the food tastes well. Nice experience though not a wow place.....
I always get exceptional service here. The busier location means you get fresher meat and fresh bread every day and the Indian dude who always makes my sandwiches is the best. He's friendly, fast and skilled. Easily the best subway in the downtown core.
It seems that your portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller. I'm paying more money, but I'm getting less meat. You're going to lose customers because of this. I'll just go to Sunterra, where I can get more value for my money. I'm very disappointed with this Subway.
