Bought a bacon egg and cheese Flatbread for the first time in about 2 years here. The egg serving is seriously small. Enough for small bun.The Flatbread has also shrunk and is super thin when it used to be thick and fluffy with a good chew.Last time I buy it. Eggs in bulk is cheap shouldn't cheap on that and the Flatbread. ??♂️ now when the Flatbread is toasted one side turns hard as rock because it's so thin. I had one remade because it was hard as rock on the bottom and I thought it was a dry one. Turns out the Flatbread is so thin now that toasting a bacon egg and cheese on a 6 inch flatbread turns one side of the Flatbread rock hard.?

If you don't have staff then why don't you hire delivery drivers to wait 30-35 minutes. If you can't keep it, stop it

Owners are so hurting they take the workers tips and bad service if you choose to give tip make sure you hand it to employees and do not put in jar as owner will take it. Subway please look it this practice by franchise owner. Ask current and past employees they might owe a lot of people a lot of tip money.

The worst Subway in Edmonton, bar none. They don't know how to use the Subway app, they don't know how to use coupons and they will argue with you when you try to ask even the smallest of requests ("Could you put a little more lettuce on?" "NO, YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA"!) What horrible customer service and a terrible manager. I have sworn my family away from this hellish "subway".
