We both ordered the same tuna sandwiches (no dairy) and within 30 minutes we were both dealing with serious stomach issues and sharing the toilet. Same food, same reaction.

We eat this regularly with no problems, so something was clearly off with the tuna. Holiday week, low traffic, fish sitting too long? Whatever the reason — not okay.

Uncomfortable, disappointing, and enough to make us swear off the tuna completely.

I visited Subway today with my husband. We ordered politely, but one of the staff members misunderstood and thought my husband shouted at her. It was not the case — we spoke normally. This made us feel uncomfortable, as it seemed like a misunderstanding.

I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience at your store. When we visited today, I placed my order politely. However, after i paid, one of your staff member told me, “Don’t shout on me next time when you come.”

This was completely untrue and very disrespectful — I never raised my voice. Her comment made us me feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of others.
I expect staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Please look into this incident seriously so that no other customer faces this kind of rude and unprofessional behavior in the future.

Came here simply to use the washroom. I waited in line until the sandwich makers were finished helping patrons. When it was my turn I had asked if I can use the washroom? The woman sandwich maker says to me “No. We don’t have a key!” Which I find very odd as I know these are the bathrooms they need to use themselves. I feel a tad bit offended and that my race played a card in this as well. She simply could have said “no, it’s for paying customers only” which is more understandable and believable. I called her out on her BS, went next door to Osmows and they gladly let me use the washroom. Do better Subway. Teach your sandwich makers on how to talk to patrons and the proper verbiage when doing so!

I order a sandwich at this Subway every weekend, and until now I had no complaints. But today’s order was absolutely terrible.

First of all, my order wasn’t ready on time. When I arrived, the employee was sitting and drinking tea with a friend, who only left when I walked in. This was already unprofessional.

Secondly, the sandwich itself was completely wrong. I specifically ordered Black Forest Ham, but instead I received some kind of white ham. I asked for no lettuce and extra tomatoes, yet my sandwich was filled almost entirely with lettuce, with no tomatoes at all, and just tiny amounts of the other ingredients. It felt like the whole sandwich was nothing but lettuce.

This wasn’t just a mistake it was done carelessly and without any respect for the customer. I even took photos to show how far the order was from what I actually requested.

I am extremely dissatisfied and feel completely let down. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the quality of service at this location.
