I come here after a Saturday on whyte, they always serve, top notch service, sandwiches that revive you into a rejuvenated body the next morning regardless how much you drank. Pretty chill workers. Love the paintings. Priceless art.

I went to Subway, and when I asked the staff to refill my drink, sometimes they allowed it, but other times they didn’t. Can you tell me if refills are actually allowed?

Came here simply to use the washroom. I waited in line until the sandwich makers were finished helping patrons. When it was my turn I had asked if I can use the washroom? The woman sandwich maker says to me “No. We don’t have a key!” Which I find very odd as I know these are the bathrooms they need to use themselves. I feel a tad bit offended and that my race played a card in this as well. She simply could have said “no, it’s for paying customers only” which is more understandable and believable. I called her out on her BS, went next door to Osmows and they gladly let me use the washroom. Do better Subway. Teach your sandwich makers on how to talk to patrons and the proper verbiage when doing so!

I order a sandwich at this Subway every weekend, and until now I had no complaints. But today’s order was absolutely terrible.

First of all, my order wasn’t ready on time. When I arrived, the employee was sitting and drinking tea with a friend, who only left when I walked in. This was already unprofessional.

Secondly, the sandwich itself was completely wrong. I specifically ordered Black Forest Ham, but instead I received some kind of white ham. I asked for no lettuce and extra tomatoes, yet my sandwich was filled almost entirely with lettuce, with no tomatoes at all, and just tiny amounts of the other ingredients. It felt like the whole sandwich was nothing but lettuce.

This wasn’t just a mistake it was done carelessly and without any respect for the customer. I even took photos to show how far the order was from what I actually requested.

I am extremely dissatisfied and feel completely let down. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the quality of service at this location.

Never had an issue at this subway, always so clean and tidy inside and the staff are wonderful. The gentleman working tonight (Aug 24 @9pm) was so incredibly kind and hospitable. I believe his name was Pashu, he truly deserves a raise!

Honestly really good spot for a subway when I eat there in person just don’t order uber eats for night shift got my sandwich slapped together by someone who don’t care and my sub got no sauce on it :(

Ordered a sub online with instructions to add southwest sauce on the sub but also some on the side. I got a sub without southwest on it or on the side. Since it was a delivery I paid $21 for a $10.21 sub and didnt even get what I ordered. I know it’s easy to not care because it’s an online order, what am I gonna do drive down there when you mess it up? Maybe I should. Complete rip off. Paying double the price of what it should be to not even get what I ordered.
