Excellent service there were five to six online orders and one lady Shreya finished all the orders back to back afternoon 31st December and then Shreya made me a subway series no 8 of sandwich she is very hard working girl and made my sandwich quickly and gave a complete and at that time she was the only girl in the subway newton place and the manager she is a very good sandwich artist and she provides very good service.

I honestly love their products , but the servers in this branch are just so unwelcoming and rude. It’s like they genuinely dislike you for coming in and ordering. I ordered a mozzarella melt 6 inch but the lady used the foot long bread I said sorry but I’d just like the 6 inch she rolled her eyes at me and got upset for some reason. I am sorry but its not my fault you didn’t hear me the first time and its really not a big deal.

I’m extremely disappointed with the policies at this so-called “24-hour” Subway. While they allow customers to come in and pick up orders after 10 PM, they refuse to let anyone use the restroom. It’s frustrating and completely unreasonable, especially for a place that’s supposed to cater to late-night patrons. If you’re going to stay open, basic facilities like restrooms should be available for paying customers. This is just bad management and poor customer service. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Ok it starts : it was shortly after 10pm . There never seems to be enough hours in a day for my life that is full of CHOAS. Was hungry an on my way back to the place i call mine. I saw a subway sign an new that was what would make me satisfied from being hungry. Pulled in an parked to find out no not tonight were closed at 10. Well that wasent right, how dare they be closed when i had a food issue . Settled the anxiety a bit an said look ,man theres a million people here in edmonton . plan B was then forcefully put into affect . Ya really. Did a search on the telli an started reading , calling , an it repeated on an on an about 6 calls in I finally had some faith restored that ya maybe that subway sub that had been decided was what was required to be the right fix for this food issue i was going to take care of an to allow happen so i wasent accepting the other , a 2nd choice like thats not happing. It was the subway near the u of a that came threw 24/7 . I did the google thing an looked 18 min untill arrival. Wow !!! At this point it dosent matter i was on my way an without a red light an nobody slowed me down it was clear access an pulled in yes they are open . I went in an ordered that stampede brisket that i can put my choices the way i want . an all this Ya i was going to fix the hunger of wanting this sub thats like wow ya , it was worth the effort as 2nd choice wasent not happening no idea what it was . Tasting the sub was going to be the trophy for the effort . I inhaled that sub . it was demolished an no sigh it existed in no time . So hats off to subway to fix my problem after most places said theres nothing untill next day . An not nothing but good to say with the staff who was happy to help with my requests. Great , can u think of this guy ordering food. Ya its a whole new experience each time . Enjoy

Parking: Got an $80.00 ticket here. I think the enforcement people are waiting for people who have not paid.
