Last week I came to this subway and the Filipino worker was so nice and my sandwiches tasted so good. But yesterday I went again and the Indian girl with glasses provided the worst customer service. First she made us wait for 10 minutes while she slowly finish making the takeout orders. When she was making our subs, she gave us so little amount of veggies literally 3 pieces of spinach leaves on a foot long. And her attitude is bad and no smile at all. She looks like she hates her job. I will never be back again unless it’s the Filipino lady serving me.

We went to this store in afternoon around 2:30pm , purchased three 12” veggie sub. The girl working over there made us feel like as she is doing some favour over us, no customer service skills at all and the all three subs were not good at all . We are paying money for the food , so we expect good food as well .

i love this location i always order online or walk’in in this location but suddenly today sept.18 6am i order food for my kids because i have early work.i order steak and cheese footlong but i got just the veggies and same with my forest ham footlong just the veggies as well its so disappointing that i paid the right amount of the food but i didn’t get the right food..
