⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped by Subway around 5 PM and had a great experience—the store was clean, the food fresh, and the service excellent. One young man and two ladies were working behind the counter, and they were all very friendly, attentive, and genuinely good people who made sure my order was perfect. Their positive attitude and teamwork made the visit enjoyable, and I’d happily give this location five stars.

This was absolutely the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. The service was unbelievably slow — I waited over 20 minutes for a simple sandwich. When it was finally my turn, the employee named Rutik started arguing with me for no reason. He was rude, dismissive, and even started swearing at customers. Completely unacceptable behavior. The sandwich looked awful, the bread was stale, and the veggies were soggy. The store itself was a mess — crumbs everywhere and a sticky counter. I honestly couldn’t believe what I witnessed. Management seriously needs to fix this location because this kind of treatment is disgraceful. I will never come back here again.

This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. The service was ridiculously slow — I waited over 15 minutes just to get a simple sandwich, and there weren’t even many people in line. The employee, Rutik, looked like he didn’t care at all and threw my sandwich together like it was a chore. The bread was dry, the veggies looked old, and the whole store felt dirty and unorganized. I honestly can’t believe this place is still open with how badly it’s run. Total waste of time and money — never coming back here again.

During my visit yesterday at Subway, I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever because of an employee named Rutik. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful from the moment I walked in. His tone and attitude were completely unacceptable for anyone in a customer service role.

It honestly ruined my visit — I’ve never been treated so poorly in a place where I’m spending my money. Subway should seriously address his behavior, because no customer deserves to be spoken to that way. I won’t be returning to this location until something is done about it.

I think this might be my first time at this location, that's because I work a lot
The kiosk was there to help relieve stress of ordering at the counter and after I paid for the food it wasn't very long before it was ready
Every item was labeled clearly and the subs I ordered were exactly how they were ordered
Extremely happy
I will definitely be coming to this location again

I just left this location at 3:30pm. There was two ladies speaking in their language as I was ordering my sub. I found that rude and not very accommodating for a customer. No common manners. I definitely recommend the manager raise this concern.

I had a really disappointing experience with Uspal at Subway. He was rude and didn’t seem interested in helping customers at all. The service felt rushed and unprofessional, and he didn’t handle my order properly. It’s frustrating when staff don’t show basic courtesy. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service.
