Not usually one to critique fast food but I order the same thing anywhere I go to subway, so I immediately noticed when she (V. Kaur, don’t know how to spell her name) put the cheese on wrong and gave me a burnt bun. She didn’t say hello, didn’t smile back when I smiled and looked her in the eyes at the door. She looked disgusted that another customer had walked through the door and that she had to do her job. Cheese melted so that it wasn’t on the inside of the sandwich, she reused gloves she was using for another sandwich and she gave us the wrong cookies even though she said “yeah i know” when I told her “the chocolate ones please, not the chocolate chip”. I got chocolate chip :(. Please either retrain this employee or get rid of her all-together, she obviously does not want to work the job she has.

This location is very terrible. The prices don’t match the price is on the menu. I don’t think I would ever go to any subway again I’m done with Subway.

This place never gets the order on time. Ordered on the app where it said the order is in building and would be ready by 12. Went to the drive thru gave them the order number and had to wait 15 mins at the window. No sign of a person to tell whats happening. They were too busy to address the drive thru. Mobile order was just sitting on the side. Wasnt even started even though app said its ready. Had to bring the car in front nd go inside.
Food prepared was messy, gave me the wrong cookie. Didnt even confirm if i want it or not. This is the third time i experienced the same. Have tried ordering and going inside, ordering and drive thru. They have the worst customer service and worst staff. Should close their drive thru if they cannot have a designated staff member to handle those orders at least during busy hours. We don't have 2 hours to wait for the order. Mobile orders are meant to be ready.

Do not online order from here. This location does not make subs to company standard. Every time I order more lettuce i get more onions than lettuce. When you're paying $15+ for a sub it better have actual toppings.

Friendly staff and prompt service and the restaurant was clean.
I didn't like that many of the old subs are not listed on the menu anymore, even though you can still get them. I also wasn't impressed by the lack of freshness and quality of the toppings. Most of the vegetables looked aged and wilted. I also wasn't impressed with how few of each topping I was getting, despite paying an arm and a leg for my sub.
It may have been an off day, but I expect better when I'm paying for fresh ingredients/toppings.

OMG, This is the worst SUBWAY ever. Waited 10 minutes to order with no other customers in the store. Cashier and kitchen staff were rude. They just poured sauce on it, terrible food and service, OMG.

Hey, i have been there regular customer, but recently i have witness awful preparation. Mostly have a long que at the drive thru, as the sandwich maker takes the order whilst preparing food. People who ordered online have to wait until all the cars get their order before you get it.

Moreover, if you email them to complaint, the manager will reply with a generic email and then vanishes. Now the store doesnt participate in any offers from subway.

Probably the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The drive thru is insane. Literally takes 10 mins at the order taking post. Couldn’t imagine it on a busy day. The drive thru alley is also so poorly built that you have to physically come out of your car to stand and pay and receive your meal. Cookies aren’t fresh, and only god knows what the food is gonna taste like. Also they don’t even have fountain pop, it’s all bottled and psycho priced meals.

This subway lacks proper management to actually train the staff in customer service, and self pride. 3 people in line waiting for subs, and one girl is too busy cleaning the oven to assist the other with subs. Terrible customer service! Clean when you have no customers.

This is not my first time having issues since it opened. Bread is consistently stale, subs are literally slapped together to the point they are falling apart. Dissappointing how Subway is allowing its franchise to be associated with this type of store.

I see im not the only one providing negative feed back either which goes to show its not just a one off bad day type of thing.

Embarrassing. Service is atrocious. You can’t act like customers are inconveniencing you! Horrible attitude and horrible quality of food. Rotten lettuce, stale bread (hard as a rock!) everything was wet.. my sandwich hurt me seemingly as much as the staff act (in pain) servicing people. It took everything in me not to laugh out loud at how miserable and rude the staff is. Seriously. ?

just got scammed by an Indian girl there!! Make sure you ask for a receipt or she will charge you triple amount three times to your credit card and say it didn't go through!! Unbelievable!Never going there again! Beware of Indian girl!!
