The turkey sub wasn’t too bad, good toppings sauces and good bread
My complaint however is the Indian male (assuming he is), middle height, glasses and a beard was making subs and preparing food without gloves on. I must of seen him touch many surfaces along with the after hours door which is not sanitary. I ordered my sub around 3am and although I still ate it and did not get sick. This should be brought up as when touching many surfaces and preparing food such as subs without gloves, it can be gross and have foreign or unwanted materials inside the food.
If management or the worker sees this, please wear gloves

Ordered the chicken teriyaki rice bowl. The chicken is so heavily processed, it doesn't look, feel or taste like chicken. I genuinely thought it was tofu because of its appearance and rubbery texture. Subway should be ashamed serving this. At least call it imitation chicken on your menu.

There's nothing like placing an order, saying it should be ready by a certain time, only to arrive at said time and see them making the order right in front of you starting with cutting the bread. If you can't make orders that were placed in advance, then your location is not suitable for online orders.

Absolutely the worst experience here today, I will never be back and suggest everyone to drive to another subway .. do yourself a favor skip this one all together. The service was terrible, she forgot my sub in the microwave. She was wondering what I was waiting for and then giggled and said oh the microwave ! I went back because my bun was hard (due to being in the microwave for god knows how long) then whe took the toppings off and put it on a new bun, and gave it to me, I took a bite the ham was like rubber and hard and there was no cheese (melted into the last bun) went back for the 2nd time and ended up getting a decent sub from another lady. The bathrooms, o..m..g.. absolutely filthy dont think they were clean in months.. disgusting.. walls, light switches, sink mirror, toilet was over clogged and so dirty. It was the worst experience I've had in a subway yet. Do not recommend. The manager or supervisor should be fired here along with there staff because they clearly don't take pride in there work.. for a place that handles food it should be spotless here.. wasnt very sanitary.. this place is filthy !

I just came in the morning of June 7, 2025 around 730am and had the most disgusting sub on earth. The dough was RAW! You can hardly tell in the pictures but damn, you guys can't even get the bread right? You don't have to think too hard to make it. It's bread! I had to seperate the top part of the sub to eat the sub. This is the last time I come here. Disgusting and this is totally not safe! I'm going to have to submit a complaint to health authorities and Subway. Another review mentioned raw bread, and that's unacceptable.
This infuriates me, I even gave that careless women a tip. Unbelievable.

This store is severely understaffed. Only one worker was handling both walk-in customers and online orders, i had to wait over 35 minutes for my order nd Many customers left after seeing the long lineup. The worker did his best, but management must hire more staff to improve service.
Today was the first time at this location, we order Subway fairly regularly and have ordered the same thing. My sandwich the chicken was over cooked, dry, and no idea how the bread was soggy and it wasn’t the sauce. To add to that I found out from my child that they whispered oh three people like they had no desire to help. The service was very slow no one else was there, and out of three subs only one was edible. I didn’t that that was possible with a sandwich. Very disappointing!!!

Had bad experiences at Namao Subway. Waiting in line and this lady decides to order 5 subs! While the one staff starts the order . The other staff, decides to go in the back. Then a skip delivery comes in, the one staff stops the 5 subs and goes to finish the skip order. Then the other staff comes out and at this point she decides to start changing the garbages so i left. When you walk out 3 times in 6 months due to not even being acknowledged in 10 mins thats Definitely an eye opener and wont be returning. And the fact after all that they ask for tips is astonishing !

I usually don’t write bad reviews but honestly felt like I had to, it was so late no body could even go inside only thing was pickup and togo orders, and I waited 40 minutes for my subway which was ridiculous I placed my order at 11:40pm and it said it would be ready at 12 am and it wasn’t ready until 12:20 and we were there at 12 am and just saw the worker inside not having any orders prepared for the skip the dishes drivers and take out people either which is annoying when you have no line of people waiting for their food. If it was a rush and there were people actively ordering I’d understand considering I work in the food industry as well and can understand when a rush happens there’s nothing you can do to control it, but this took the cake considering I was watching her while I was waiting for 45 minutes
