Was supposed to have a sub for two dollars when you buy one and didn’t get it ended up getting charged full price and because I ordered it on the app the in-store could not help me this place is infested with cockroaches trying to steal your money staff was nice. Manager was completely and utterly unreasonable.

This is by far the worst Subway location I’ve ever dealt with. The service is careless, the staff are unhelpful, and their system never works properly. I’ve tried ordering from here around eight different times, and almost every single order failed to go through. When I mentioned it, they just shrugged and blamed SkipTheDishes, even though every other Subway I order from works perfectly fine.
Tonight alone, I wasted two hours trying to get an order through while the employee kept saying “try again” instead of actually helping. I even contacted SkipTheDishes customer service four times, and nothing changed. The staff here simply don’t care.
Avoid this location completely. It’s unreliable, disorganized, and frustrating every single time. If I could give zero stars, I would. Btw. Fix your ordering system.
whoever made my subway sandwhich on October 1st 2025 at around 9:10 pm deserves a raise because wow that sandwhich solved all my problems. i dont know the workers name but she really did amazing. I've NEVER had a subway sandwich that good before

The turkey sub wasn’t too bad, good toppings sauces and good bread
My complaint however is the Indian male (assuming he is), middle height, glasses and a beard was making subs and preparing food without gloves on. I must of seen him touch many surfaces along with the after hours door which is not sanitary. I ordered my sub around 3am and although I still ate it and did not get sick. This should be brought up as when touching many surfaces and preparing food such as subs without gloves, it can be gross and have foreign or unwanted materials inside the food.
If management or the worker sees this, please wear gloves
