The woman making my sandwhich dumped the grease from the bacon and chicken into my food making it completely inedible. The bread became slime and fell apart immediately.

Great customer service! Had to order 6 subs so held the line up a bit, but they were very nice about it :). 10/10 would recommend this location.
Very rude male employee, walked in today New Year’s Eve at 5:30 pm, they close at 8:00, asked for a platter which is literally 5 subs, because I couldn’t call, the phone they have listed is a fax line, he was so rude saying that he can’t make it in such a rude manner, not even apologizing, very bad customer service, what a joke Subway, you should look into your staff, so rude!!

Today went in to order a FOOTLONG TERYIYAKI CHICKEN SANDWICH .Italian white bread as soon the the Male staff cut the bread he went directly into the beef meat tray and started using the scoop to use for Teriyaki chicken. Im like can u please change the scoop cause i dont eat beef , he ignored me and kept using the same scoop to take the leftover beef meat out of the chicken meat.I got pissed and said cancel it i dont want it anymore his like ill change the scoop im like no u mixed beef and chicken together .This is not the first time few times into this location they dont even change there gloves and continue serving multiple customers .Food industry should be all about ALLERGIES AND CULTURAL seems like this location doesnt care at all . I will be requesting customers to pay attention when they making your sandwiches cause u never know what they are serving u or what is going into ur belly against ur health diet or allergy issues
