We had the best service by a lovely lady working on October 19th! She had a situation with the till not opening but she didn’t let the stress get to her she did amazing!! She deserves a raise!!

Walked patiently waiting. Said hello to the lady she ignored me didn’t say anything. Asked the guy working on the electrical in the back if he wanted a sandwich and he had to tell her to help me first and she let out a huge sigh. So left without getting anything. Worth the drive to the next closest subway or next door where they at least say hello.

Ordered 3 veggie subs no patty ,no extra cheese, no mozzarella cheese.
The lady behind the counter says to me that a seasoning is going to be extra cost.
At payment I ask her that nothing is mention on your menu that seasoning is extra. She tells me everything costs money, I said I am ok to pay for it if you show me where does it say on the menu.After arguing with here about the that for a while. I noticed she was charging me for which I didn't get. Total came around 45$ for 3 simple veggie footlongs no extra , so I confronted her about it and she again goes everything costs money , I again mentioned that I didn't buy any of the subs you are charging me for. At the end she charged me correctly after arguing with her for so long.
Very bad experience at a subway ever, avoid going to this store

Staff doesn't know know to put in orders, I got a 6 inch sub combo and tried to charge 17$ and when I said the price was too much for a 6 inch and that's the 12 inch price they refused to look at it and just said "that's the price our management sets" meanwhile the guy I work with got a 6 inch combo and it was 11$. Pretty horrible customer service and expect people to tip

This is about the saddest steak and guacamole wrap I have ever seen. Ordered 5 subs for the family and spent almost $60. Not worth it at allThis wrap is suppose to be x2 meat, thankfully they didn’t charge me when they forgot. Cheapest amount of veg. There’s suppose to be lettuce, spinach, peppers, and olives. Not our first time being disappointed at this location. Officially won’t be going back. So many other options out there! Including other great subways.

I am not one to complain about a fast food restaurant because after all, it’s a fast food restaurant; however, this is the most cross contaminated establishment I have ever seen. I came in on a Saturday at ~11:50am. It was quiet with 1 person in front of us. Almost every single vegetable had remnants in the container. The white cheese had pizza sauce smeared on it. Our lady didn’t even change her gloves after serving the customer in front of us. Her gloves had mayonnaise on it from the subs in front of us. As it was ~11:50am on a Saturday, the vegetables should have been stocked up for Lunch. Very disappointing, go to a different Subway.
