Ordered today through skip the dishes. Order accepted and paid for at 12:48 PM. App indicated driver was en route o the restaurant at 1 PM. At 1:33 PM I received a notification that my order was cancelled. Dealt with skip - got my refund. Felt bad for driver who didn’t earn anything. Called the store - was given every excuse under the sun why it was not their fault. We will NEVER go to this location again. Terrible service!!

Don’t waste your time at this Subway. They don’t bother disabling items that are out of stock, and customers end up paying the price. I ordered a veggie patty sub for pickup, drove 20 minutes home, and when I opened the bag—no veggie patty. Tried calling the store three times, no answer. Had to drive all the way back just to be told, “We didn’t have veggie patty so we added extra cheese.”
Seriously? That’s not a replacement. They should have told me when I picked up the order instead of letting me waste my time and gas. When I suggested they disable out-of-stock items, the employee said she’s already told the owner multiple times but he still hasn’t done anything. At the end of the day, the customer is the one who suffers. Absolutely unacceptable.

The young girl working on June 2 around 7pm was so nice! The food was great as usual but it's rare to see fast food workers who aren't in the best mood or are only there for a paycheck. This young lady was so friendly and pleasant! 😊

My wife and I went to this subway for dinner. We followed another individual into the establishment. As the young lady was helping him, we noticed her rolling her eyes at him when he asked for his chicken to be heated separately. She continued with a very bad attitude. My wife and I ordered our subs. I asked for spinach, she placed 4 leaves on my sub. I asked for more spinach, she placed another 4 leaves on the sub. I asked for more spinach, she shook her head at me and let out a huff. She continued with a bad attitude. We went to pay for the subs and handed her our coupon. She said that she can't take it. And gave us a dirty look. She huffed again, at that point, I had enough of her attitude, and we left. I hate the fact that the food was wasted. I will never go back to this establishment again.
