Horrible rip off location..
wasnt how i ordered it and i paid for double the meat and barely got regular meat.. mostly just bread.. after a super long day and just wanting to get home and enjoy a sandwich as i havent eaten since breakfast it was very disappointing as I live 40minutes away so cant go back and will definitely avoid this location in the future

Subways great but yall need a new points scanner in the drive thru. Its been months and it never works. Makes me lose points in the system

My experience dining here was extremely nice.I enjoyed my sub and the girl working there is very beautiful and cute.Coming back for more dining experience.
The place wasn't busy and all the tables and seats were dirty with debris and crumbs.

Today I ordered just one foot long and i came over the drive thru window and the lady came and said to me you have to speak in microphone and your order is not ready
the way the lady talk with us is very bad
i will never come to this location and never suggest anyone to come here

Pathetic drive way.
Takes too long , should know the value of time for others. Ordered 11.july.25 @ 23:30. Took almost or more than 25 mints to come to the pickup window with just 1 car ahead. Later staff replied we have too many orders and we are less staff. Where are they getting the orders when the restaurant is closed this time. Is that a Drive thru? Finally cancelled the order as didn’t want to wait more. Keep extra chunk of time when you visiting them at night.

Extremely Disappointed – Will Not Return
I had one of the most confusing and frustrating experiences at this Subway location. I came through the drive-thru around 1:17 AM, craving a footlong Tuna Sub. The staff member told me they were out of tuna, so I left, since that was the only thing I wanted.
A little while later, I checked SkipTheDishes just to see if anything else was open that late. Surprisingly, this Subway was still listed, and even more surprisingly, Tuna was still available on their menu. Just to see what would happen, I placed a pickup order for the exact Tuna Sub I was previously told was unavailable.
Shockingly, the order was accepted without issue. I expected a call or update saying they were out, but instead, at the scheduled pickup time, my order was marked as “picked up” even though I was still sitting in my car near Save-On-Foods, nowhere near the pickup window.
I reached out to SkipTheDishes support, and they contacted the restaurant. Turns out, the order was actually ready, and I had to go back to pick it up—something that should never have been marked as picked up in the first place.
If that wasn’t enough, when I took my first bite right outside the store, I was completely let down. The bread was cold, the sub wasn’t toasted or grilled, and overall the sandwich tasted like it had been thrown together with zero care. It felt like a total waste of time and money.
I’m not the type to complain or cause a scene, and I don’t like wasting food. But after this experience, I can confidently say I will not be returning to this location. Dishonest service, poor food quality, and a lack of basic customer care. Avoid if you can.

Went in tonight to pick up my online order. Three girls were working, but it was clear no one had read the special instructions I left on the order. After waiting 30 minutes, one of them finally brought my food out. I asked if they had followed the note I included — to cut my sandwich in half and wrap it separately — and she said no.
When I asked her to fix it, it took another 20 minutes just to rewrap a sandwich. Totally unacceptable service for a simple request that should have been handled from the start. This level of carelessness and delay is exactly why people hesitate to order ahead. Disappointed and frustrated.

Get it shut if u guys can’t manage it 50 minutes wait in drive thru for a sandwich and when u are at the screen u are told to wait extra 15 minutes for order.

Do not even deserve 1 star, waited for our turn in dt for atleast 30 minutes and then when i get to the dt speaker the girl said i can not take your order for atleast 10 more minutes when i asked why?? She said you can see i am working alone today and its very busy when there was only 2 cars infront of me. Even she cancelled my online order as well. Very poor service. Owner need to work on staff. Very disappointing. Me and my friends are never coming back.
Thank you for the wonderful experience at your establishment. I was greeted by staff and they were so attentive and personable. My daughter and I had the privilege to meet the Manager, Harjot, who actually stepped in to take our order. He was super friendly and greeted us so kindly and treated us like family/friends. I must say that it was a breath of fresh air to walk into an establishment like that and have awesome service and to be treated with respect, grace and true intent of how we, the customers are doing. Very clean facility too, very impressed! Thank you for the wonderful experience and the subs were FANTASTIC!!! We will definitely visit your store again!

This is my go to shop everytime I am craving for a sub. Staff is so nice and the owner is very polite as well. Been coming here for years now.
