Service is the worst they are so slow literally 20 minutes in the drive thru when they only had 2 customers in there never will go back again I'm in the restaurant business and I would never have a customer waiting that long I'm not even going to give them a star they deserve 0

I had experienced worst sub I had ever bought in life from this franchisee. When called share feedback the employees were quite rude instead of taking feedback in a positive way.Will never visit this outlet and will recommend others also to avoid going here.

Pop in this location every so often and everytime im in here i have a great experience, The owner himself is very kind attentive with not only customers but his staff, it’s nice to see a place where the employers get recognition too, 10/10 would recommend this location if you’re looking for a friendly face & great customer service!

Evening crew is too slow. Long wait times always at the drive thru after the store gets closed at 10 pm. And the staff accepts orders from pedestrians in the drive thru which should not be allowed and is not fair to the drivers who have been waiting in the drive thru lineup.

Worst customer experience they don’t know how to treat customers… please learn some ethics… treat people good if you can’t do that then i don’t know why owner is hiring you what a bad customer service… we pay for food we don’t take free … you should give the food in better way… change your morning staff that will be better …. Learn some respect….

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. ? My online order was not prepared as expected. ? The sub was dry and lacked the sauces I had requested. ? Additionally, some of the ingredients I had ordered were missing. Literally this is the worst location in edmonton . ?

I ordered 2 sandwiches off skip the dishes late at night when two ladies were working(Based off what I heard over the phone call) To begin with, the bag we received our sandwiches in was extremely greasy and had melted cheese on the receipt. One of our sandwiches we received was fine, but the second sandwich…I’ve never seen someone mess up a sandwich that bad, especially when you already have a receipt to read off of. I didnt order onions, but lots of onions were found on my sandwich. I didnt order ANY type of sauce but my sandwich was lathered in ranch. And to top it off, I ordered black forest ham and was given turkey. I genuinely cant comprehend how you can fumble a task as easy as this. Based off the other reviews, this is not a place you want to order from. Extremely unsanitary, Incompetent and rude. Never order from this pathetic establishment.
