I just ordered a bowl from this location on an early morning through a delivery app. The howl was best out of all the locations that i have tried in the edmonton. I had to call the store to let the people know how awesome they are. Amrit picked up the call and was a joy to talk to. She also made my bowl. The best food at a subway out of all of Edmonton subways. Heavenly. Thanks. I started my day with a tasty meal.

I go to this subway location frequently and every single time I am so pleased and happy with my food and the service. I always use the drive thru and when I get to the window the wait is under a minute to pay and receive my sub. The staff are always so welcoming and my sub is made perfect every single time. The bad reviews confused me because I go a minimum of 3 times a week, and have never had a bad experience. The owner is so good as well. When I have issues on the app, he makes it right in store, even offering the app deals when the app messes up.
My son (10 y/o) goes often as well and the staff treat him so good and even my son praises the service and food. Will continue to eat here and I do recommend it.

Disappointed - went tonight - ordered a steak and cheese - was no cheese and no bbq sauce as I ordered - last time I ordered here the toppings were very chincy but thought maybe an off day - today I ordered thru uber eats a and toppings all mixed up - maybe try hiring Canadian

Horrible rip off location..

wasnt how i ordered it and i paid for double the meat and barely got regular meat.. mostly just bread.. after a super long day and just wanting to get home and enjoy a sandwich as i havent eaten since breakfast it was very disappointing as I live 40minutes away so cant go back and will definitely avoid this location in the future

Today I ordered just one foot long and i came over the drive thru window and the lady came and said to me you have to speak in microphone and your order is not ready
the way the lady talk with us is very bad
i will never come to this location and never suggest anyone to come here

Pathetic drive way.
Takes too long , should know the value of time for others. Ordered 11.july.25 @ 23:30. Took almost or more than 25 mints to come to the pickup window with just 1 car ahead. Later staff replied we have too many orders and we are less staff. Where are they getting the orders when the restaurant is closed this time. Is that a Drive thru? Finally cancelled the order as didn’t want to wait more. Keep extra chunk of time when you visiting them at night.

Extremely Disappointed – Will Not Return

I had one of the most confusing and frustrating experiences at this Subway location. I came through the drive-thru around 1:17 AM, craving a footlong Tuna Sub. The staff member told me they were out of tuna, so I left, since that was the only thing I wanted.

A little while later, I checked SkipTheDishes just to see if anything else was open that late. Surprisingly, this Subway was still listed, and even more surprisingly, Tuna was still available on their menu. Just to see what would happen, I placed a pickup order for the exact Tuna Sub I was previously told was unavailable.

Shockingly, the order was accepted without issue. I expected a call or update saying they were out, but instead, at the scheduled pickup time, my order was marked as “picked up” even though I was still sitting in my car near Save-On-Foods, nowhere near the pickup window.

I reached out to SkipTheDishes support, and they contacted the restaurant. Turns out, the order was actually ready, and I had to go back to pick it up—something that should never have been marked as picked up in the first place.

If that wasn’t enough, when I took my first bite right outside the store, I was completely let down. The bread was cold, the sub wasn’t toasted or grilled, and overall the sandwich tasted like it had been thrown together with zero care. It felt like a total waste of time and money.

I’m not the type to complain or cause a scene, and I don’t like wasting food. But after this experience, I can confidently say I will not be returning to this location. Dishonest service, poor food quality, and a lack of basic customer care. Avoid if you can.

Went in tonight to pick up my online order. Three girls were working, but it was clear no one had read the special instructions I left on the order. After waiting 30 minutes, one of them finally brought my food out. I asked if they had followed the note I included — to cut my sandwich in half and wrap it separately — and she said no.

When I asked her to fix it, it took another 20 minutes just to rewrap a sandwich. Totally unacceptable service for a simple request that should have been handled from the start. This level of carelessness and delay is exactly why people hesitate to order ahead. Disappointed and frustrated.
