Came here to pickup an uber order waited for almost 15 minutes while these two girls were just gossiping and after that wait she was going to handover us a wrong order and when we told them it is a wrong one and for our order they told us that the order is already picked up by someone else. Needs to work on their customer service definitely.

Went to this subway today I went I walked up to the counter no was up front to help as I was standing waiting for help I notice the counter was dirty and all garbage slot at the counter were over flowing with garbage.it was really quiet I had to call the person from the back to get help they snapped back told me to wait.im not who own subway.the staff is poor trained on time management if prep counter is that dirty and there no customer they need empty the garbage can that under the food counter rather let overflow or wash the counters.i wount return to this subway if that's the kinda environment it's going to maintain

Went their thrice in drive thru and had a really bad experience . They took 20 mins just to make footlong nachos even a large pizza get ready in 10 minutes . We ordered 4 nachos and they were 3 girls working together . We ask no pickles in one of the nachos but they gave us the order after 20 mins and forgot to remove pickles from one of them. They all were just gossiping. Really bad experience

Service is the worst they are so slow literally 20 minutes in the drive thru when they only had 2 customers in there never will go back again I'm in the restaurant business and I would never have a customer waiting that long I'm not even going to give them a star they deserve 0

Pop in this location every so often and everytime im in here i have a great experience, The owner himself is very kind attentive with not only customers but his staff, it’s nice to see a place where the employers get recognition too, 10/10 would recommend this location if you’re looking for a friendly face & great customer service!
Evening crew is too slow. Long wait times always at the drive thru after the store gets closed at 10 pm. And the staff accepts orders from pedestrians in the drive thru which should not be allowed and is not fair to the drivers who have been waiting in the drive thru lineup.

Worst customer experience they don’t know how to treat customers… please learn some ethics… treat people good if you can’t do that then i don’t know why owner is hiring you what a bad customer service… we pay for food we don’t take free … you should give the food in better way… change your morning staff that will be better ….
