Absolutely terrible service. I made an order for delivery and it some how went to pick up. I called the store the idiot stick didn’t want to help me and hung up on me. I called back and idiot stick number 2 named Anna wouldn’t give me the first persons name and she hung up on me as well. With no help. So I’m out $21 dollars because I don’t know how to get my refund!!! How do people work and not know how to help customers.

Small portion sizes giving minimal amount of veggies, less than other locations. Single employee working always takes time to come out to front and take order and is usually in the back with music/videos playing loudly. One time an irate customer yelled back for some service after we both waited for 10 minutes. Homeless people locked in washroom for extended amounts of time so bathroom unavailable, and when it is, not very clean or well kept. Not great.

Legitimately the worst subway I’ve been to and I’ve probably been to 100. Asked for extra olives and pickles. She put 3 olives and 3 pickles. I had to ask her twice to put more and I still didn’t get enough. She added tomatoes even though I didn’t ask for them. She also scrapped the gross old lettuce from the very bottom of the container and didn’t give me any new lettuce, just what was left over.

Just ordered a chicken teriyaki from this location. The lady working there was so rude. No greetings, no thank you. The quantity of chicken and veggies that she put in the sandwich is way lesser than any other Subway i have ever visited.

As a Gold-level Subway loyalty member, I’ve visited enough locations to know what “good” looks like—unfortunately, this one falls short.
The atmosphere is quite dingy, and more importantly, the staff seems unclear on standard veggie portions. It’s consistently underwhelming, with noticeably lighter toppings compared to other Subway locations.
I’m not here to knock the team—I believe it’s a training issue, plain and simple. Other locations manage portions just fine, so this can be corrected.
I encourage the manager to reach out via email—happy to provide specific, constructive feedback. With the right adjustments, this location could absolutely step up.

I placed a large order of platters here on the weekend. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. They were ready on time, they helped carry it all to the car and gave plenty of extra sauces on the side. I was blown away by the service. Next time I will order directly from them if I ever need to cater an event. Highly recommend.

It’s too bad that you do not empower your staff to show different ideas and how we can get an order done properly. We came in there on Friday ordered a couple subs and we told them that we are having problems with your with your online program which gave us two dollars off per sub your application would not go through. I try to pay for it and get my discount and they would not and they refused to give us a two dollars off on both subs. The simple fact is that it could’ve just simply said you know, sir unfortunately you’re having problems with our app but I will be happy to give you your two dollars off however did not happen. Poor poor poor service, please contact me
