I had a really disappointing experience at the Subway on 17th today. I ordered a six-inch steak and cheese, and the staff member, Jasmine, barely put any veggies on my sandwich. She kept adding only two tiny pieces of each vegetable, even when I politely asked for more. When I insisted, she added just two more pieces, and the vegetables didn’t look fresh at all. It felt like she didn’t want to make the sandwich properly. Will not be returning to this location.

I placed an online order for a big veggie footlong with extra crispy onions at the Subway located at 3930 17th Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Even though I selected extra crispy onions, the staff only added a tiny amount, just a few small broken pieces in front of me. When I raised this, I was told they weren't allowed to add more, even though it should have been possible. The staff also sound quite rude in front of other customers, making the situation uncomfortable. Because of this negative experience, I've decided not to order from this branch again, and I won't be ordering from any other Subway locations either, as I want to avoid such situations in the future. I’m sharing this experience so that others can be aware and consider choosing a different branch.
