Was there yesterday absolutely no drinks other then diet drink machine for fountain drinks was also not working I was informed was told delivery is coming tomorrow. Ordered a meatball sub I guess there staff is under trained because I have no idea what I got it was meat ball with this thick cheese and pepperoni was pretty nasty my guess is she was making a pizza sub then realized I wanted meatball and switched to making it. Then when asked for toppings I told her she looks at me and says that’s it no lettuce yes that’s it if I wanted more I’d let you know so I got a nasty sub and ordered cookies she asks how many I ask well how much for one and how much for two she tells me for two it’s $2.10 ok and doesn’t tell me how much for one so I guess I’m getting two hard as rock.so moral of the story this location is gone down hill by far worst I’ve been to avoid at all cost.

Went for a dine-in on Sunday around 7pm but the INDIAN guy told us that dine-in is close. But the store closes at 9pm. But I insisted and eat at the table. The indian guy has a very bad customer service, doesn't even say hi or thank you and his face frowns all the time. Food seems like not toasted and bread is cold. Change your staffs with welcoming people.

I am writing to share my feedback following a recent experience with your store. I have ordered from your location several times through Uber Eats, but unfortunately, my most recent interaction has left me quite disappointed. While I have generally enjoyed the food, I have encountered repeated issues with missing toppings, and I recently experienced poor customer service when I reached out for clarification.
On previous occasions, my toppings were missing from my order, and there was no option to request extra sauce. I decided to call the restaurant to inform you about these recurring issues in the hope of finding a resolution. However, the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive. I tried to explain that my order was incomplete, and instead of offering assistance or a solution, she responded by saying, "You need to understand that if we are not adding anything, it means we don’t have that in stock." I felt this was an unprofessional way to handle a customer's concern.
As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I understand the importance of adhering to protocols. I would like to offer the following suggestions to improve the customer experience:
3. Update Online Menus: If a specific topping or item is out of stock, I recommend removing it from the online menu temporarily so customers are not able to select items that are unavailable. This would help prevent confusion and ensure that orders are accurate.
5. Proactive Communication: If an item is unavailable, and a customer has already placed an order, it would be helpful to contact them directly through the app or by phone. You could ask if they would like to choose an alternative or modify their order. This could prevent misunderstandings and improve overall satisfaction.
7. Leave a Note for the Customer: If there are issues with an order and you are unable to reach the customer, consider leaving a note inside the delivery bag to inform them of any missing items or modifications. This would help set clear expectations and reduce frustration.
Additionally, when I raised my concerns, the staff member stated she would call Uber Eats to cancel my order, which I found to be an unacceptable response. A courteous and professional approach to customer complaints is essential for maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Unfortunately, my experience has led me to reconsider ordering from your restaurant in the future. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve both the quality of the service and the customer experience. It's important to treat every customer with respect, as they are the ones who keep your business running.

The staff is super rude and gave me attitude the whole time I ordered. I didn’t want to say anything though. And the sandwich is very disappointing, somehow didn’t taste like any other Subway. Same order too. Also the churros are super chewy. And the Pepsi I got was all syrup and completely undrinkable

Went there for lunch with coworkers we all ordered different things and we all got food poisoning clearly the don't care about the costumers

Save your money and health, go elsewhere. Went here with a few coworkers on our lunch break and in less than 8 hours we had terrible diarrhea. Never coming back again as it was a terrible and scary experience.

Horrible service produce and meats taste old and not properly been stored save your money. Lacklustre this is why businesses are scrambling to get out of millwoods. @subway do a better job on keeping up on training with these privately lacklustre owners.

Worst service by attendant. Way of talking was really rude. He closed the restrooms at 9:30 and he said am alone at store so i am not permit you to use the restroom. When I request him he said our manager made this rule to close the restrooms at this time.

I came here twice and this older lady keeps being very unsanitary as she sneezed on my food and didn't wash her hands... 😒 🤧 I couldn't believe my eyes when that happened. Never again will I come here
