I had such a terrible experience at this subway. I visited the place early morning at eight. When I entered, the Owner was so rude to me because it was only eight in the morning and her ovens were not yet heated up but I still talked to her very calmly and told her that I’ll wait. when she doesn’t want people to come at eight in the morning why did she write it on the Google that the timing starts at eight, write at 11 or 12 when you are comfortable at least don’t spoil other person’s mood. if she don’t doesn’t want any customer to come at eight. Then after 20 minutes, she started preparing my sub, but she added very little veggies to it so I told her to add some extra more. Then she got too rude to me, saying that it minimize her cost. I told her that I’ll pay extra for it but still then she started fighting with me and also talked very truly to me. She just spoiled my morning.I’ll never visit that subway ever again in my life if it’s the last subway on earth and I’ll make sure that my friends also don’t visit that place again that lady the owner she was so much rude and had such a bad attitude I don’t know for what reason. I think Subway should not give their ownership to such bad people. She just spoiled my morning and I hate her for that.

Terrible servicethe owner is rude and actually coughed into my sandwich while preparing it.I felt pretty sick after eating here ironically. I don't reccomend this subway if you can find another one near by it would probably be a better experience.

Their service is too bad . They mostly have one employee working and how come can they serve more customers and make their orders on time when just one employee is working. I had to go without eating many times here. Subway or their supervisors should look into it and check if their stores are working well and their customer needs are met or not.

Super nice guy seems to be running this place. He's a big intimidating looking fellow, until he talks to you and is just the most cool guy ever. He was so patient with all my questions. I can't believe I'm writing a review for subway but this was a great experience!

I visited a subway franchisee at 7627 38 Ave NW Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. When I visited the branch with my family, I asked the subway employee to change the gloves and she very rudely told us "I will", then she started helping another customer. When she came back and asked about the bread we gave our preference and she took the bread and put the bread on the paper but the part of 2 bread was on the table and not on the paper so we requested her to change the bread and instead of changing the bread she angrily told us to leave the store and told us that I am not going to serve you. I was very upset and told her that I wanted the phone number or contact details of the owner and she told me that I am the owner. I left the store and was trying to find the customer care number on internet by that time she called security and asked him to take the picture of my vehicle.I am very upset with this branch owner if she is or the staff of that branch.

Great staff but this is the third time now or I've gone here and they've served stale bread. I'm not sure if they're trying to fool people thinking that if you toasted it, it won't be stale but it actually makes it even worse. With everything costing so much nowadays It should be imperative that your quality is good. Please check your bread it's the most important ingredient.

This is the worst subway I've ever been to. I've never seen such a lazily thrown together mess of a sandwich ever. Like she just wanted me to leave because I wanted a sandwich. Veggies were basically thrown in, sandwich is left wide open and sauce was put on so that as soon as the sandwich is wrapped most of the sauce is on the wrapping and not in the sandwich. Terrible

Today I ordered a sub, and they would not add pesto sauce without a charge, when I have been to half a dozen locations that offer any sauce or toppings. Sub 2 is suppose to have double the cheese, they only put once set of cheese. It says on their list of sauces you can add to your sub, and trying to make a charge while I already paying for the sub. Also the ingredients do not appear to look fresh as other locations. This is my last time I am coming to this location, i am done. Several years back they denied taking coupons that were offered by Subway Canada, and while waiting for my sub, the male subway maker was delaying me by being on his phone chatting with somebody, absolutely unprofessional. This location is trying to cut corners and cut costs for maximum profit. If that is the case, dont spend your time giving money to people who don't care about treating their customer with decency. There is no loyalty, just profit. Take your business to these two other locations Parson road and Laurel height locations. Much better service!! Cheat customer long enough, it will come back to haunt their business, i have no doubt in saying this. I will be contacting Subway Canada for lousy franchising practise.
