I accidentally placed a prepaid order at this location. When I realized the mistake, I spoke with the manager and explained the situation. Even though they had already prepared and discarded the original order, they kindly made me a fresh salad the next day at no extra cost. I really appreciated their understanding and excellent customer service!

I have been coming to this location for over 5 years, 1-2 times a week. This location runs like a fine oiled machine! Lunchtime is very busy and they process orders in a very timely manner and even though there is usually a lineup, it goes very quickly. The staff are great, all of them know the job well and are all very friendly, manager included. All of them deserve a raise! My favourite place to get lunch.

Decided to order online and pick up on my lunch got there when the app said it's ready for pick up and they hadn't started making it yet. They didn't have the ingredients for one of the sandwiches I ordered so upcharged for pepperoni. Second sandwich was missing cheese on most of it despite being double cheese and the chicken was very dried out like it had been sitting out since yesterday. Overall one of the lower ranking subways in the city from what I've seen.

I had an order of 5 sandwiches. I understand that it’s a larger order but, without asking if I was okay waiting, the sandwich artist said just give me a minute and made sandwiches for the couple behind me first. By the time theirs were done, another woman had walked in. The sandwich artist then said just give me two minutes. This time I spoke up and asked her to stop skipping me please. I understand order was large but I’m waiting too.

Pre ordered food so I would not have to wait and it was 1030am on a Saturday and I was the only customer. Notified that my order was ready and when I go there — ended up waiting for 15 mins……. I will not come back here! I did not pre order food to have to now wait for it!!
Once I walked in I was greeted with kindness, from the sub to the staff it was all amazing. The male at the front was very kind to work with and he made my order with no problems and had a smile on his face!

It gets so busy at lunch time and these guys don't like to put heavy topping even when asked. I've walked out before because of this. The manager looked like she was ready to fire the girl who made me a salad. When all I said was put everything in it. Sucks we will never use this location again.
