Pre ordered food so I would not have to wait and it was 1030am on a Saturday and I was the only customer. Notified that my order was ready and when I go there — ended up waiting for 15 mins……. I will not come back here! I did not pre order food to have to now wait for it!!

It gets so busy at lunch time and these guys don't like to put heavy topping even when asked. I've walked out before because of this. The manager looked like she was ready to fire the girl who made me a salad. When all I said was put everything in it. Sucks we will never use this location again.

Probably just a fluke on the employee I got but absolutely incompetent at portioning the ingredients. Very small portion compared to any other subway I’ve been to recently. Very little chicken, and I got like 4 banana peppers before I asked for more. Even with asking more this was substantially smaller than other places. Frustrating there can’t be more consist training from one store to another. We pay the same amount but receive totally different products. Disappointing. Clean nice atmosphere though.

The staff are fine, the food is standard Subway and good.... however the app doesnt work, is a waste of time and $ when compared to other chains. For the chain with most franchises worldwide, you really need to sort this out.
I’ve been to a lot of subways in my life and this one has to be the nicest I’ve ever been too. I was so impressed that I felt inclined to leave a review. For a Subway of all places. Server was really nice too. Dude offered to make me a soup, and I would have ordered it if I had the time. 10/10!!!

Honestly they were friendly and the visit was okay. But my concern is how they said the soup would take 5-7 mins. So assuming they were making it, 10-12 mins later I come up to the counter and figure out they just had it in the microwave the whole time.

I come in around 7:30 pm consistantly and the guy making the sandwiches is awesome! Friendly, quick, presents sub well. He is the reason this place does well.Where this place losses a star is the ladies. They need to take lessons from Sukh on being social and be proud of the product there preparing. Right now if the ladies are on shift, i walk across to A& W. They will make you a slapped together sub, not listen to you and you will get a serious frown them.Not worth spending the cash.Sukh, I think his name is...he is AWESOME. The veggies have always been crisp and fresh here.
