This staff indian girl with glasses was the most disrespectful girl I have ever seen in my life . i was there today Thursday oct 19,2025 at 3:00 pm
She gave me bowl when I didn’t want bowl I just asked her question about it she didn’t let me pick the toping on it I got chicken sandwich with it I didn’t want it toasted she toasted it then I told her I didn’t ask for it toasted she was like you have to toast it . She throwing the veggies with attitude on the sandwich . Then she told me that I ate half the chicken on the bowl that I didn’t touch . I just wanted to chnage it because I didn’t want bowl .
When I asked her to talk to her manager she refused to call her .
You should choose better staff that knows manner and respect to other people . This is extremely un professional and unacceptable.
I can’t believe that someone could talk this rude to person that did nothing wrong to them and was very nice with her . She is extremely disrespectful with the full meaning like She has hate for everyone or she is mentally unstable
She disrespected older lady orderning sandwich infront of me . She is literally giving every single person was waiting attitude… Till I told her you have been giving attitude since I walked you are disrespectful and soooo rudeee .

I went there when they opened to get a sub for my kids lunch. I didn't get a sub. They had around 5 loaves of stale bread from the previous day and not the kind we wanted. That is the only thing you sell. How can you not have bread!!???!! The employees there are lovely. Poor management.

Came in a few hours before closing to find one employee and a long lineup.
Against better judgment, we waited it out, and that was definitely a mistake.
Employee told us she was new, and didn't know how to make the sandwiches properly, but didn't bother looking to confirm what went into each sandwich. Not sure why she'd be alone in the restaurant if she was that new.
She also didn't listen to what we asked for in the sandwiches.
-Grabbed the wrong bread at first, looked annoyed when we corrected her
-Put the wrong cheese on and didn't put the double cheese on that the sandwich comes with off the bat.
-Didn't offer to toast or microwave one sandwich
-Confidently put the incorrect sauces on one sandwich after being told specifically to put the one it's supposed to come with on, and saying which ones they were.
Didn't expect to be in a Subway for almost half an hour, pay $40 for 2 sandwiches, only 1 of which was a combo, just for it to taste horrible once we got it home and the majority of things were incorrect.
Won't be returning to this location again.

I normally don’t write negative reviews, but the employee working at this location today around 5 PM was SO unpleasant and rude that I actually ended up leaving with one sandwich instead of the four and salad that I intended to come in and get. Was so frustrated that I left without grabbing her name, but she seemed late 20s mid 30s of south Asian descent and I believe she had glasses. I came in while she was starting to prepare I believe either a Pick Up or delivery order, which consisted of at least four sandwiches (I assumed because of the amount of wrapping paper she put down). She told us to give her a second which we happily complied, because we understand. which I responded very nicely, as to not make her feel pressured saying “no absolutely take your time” we even decide to sit down to wait, so we’re not standing there hovering over her while she makes the sandwiches and making her uncomfortable. once she was done with the sandwiches, she called us over and we started to order. right off the bat, she had an immediate attitude. Which I tried to give her a bit of grace and let it go because you never know what someone is going through, maybe she had a rough day, but I was trying to be extra nice in case that is what happened. At first we asked for a sandwich, and she seemed like she was rushing us, not even letting us finish our sentence before interrupting and asking what we wanted next, which I let go and was still being very patient with in the beginning. we then asked for a salad, and was asking her for help since we didn’t see any on the menu, which she rudely and rushingly replied,” which rice bowl do you want we can make a salad out of anything” which confused us because we asked for a salad not a rice bowl, but she just seem to get even more pissed off at our confusion. But while the first sandwich was still in the middle of being made, she was rushing us with our other orders, & cutting me off while I’m trying to order. I noticed how she was responding to my sister making her sandwich and she looked extremely annoyed and was rolling her eyes when I asked for things such as extra lettuce and mayo. so I decided that we will just finish the sandwich that has already been made and just pay for that. I have never been so appalled at customer service. I would understand if we were rude to her in some kind of way, but we were trying our best to be understanding since we saw that she was busy. Even at the end after her crappy attitude, We still ended up just paying for that one sandwich that she made so we don’t waste her time and ingredients even though she truly deserves all of those sandwiches being made, and left without being paid for. I won’t snub this location completely but however, if I ever see her behind the counter. I am asking to be serviced by a different employee, or just simply leaving. I encourage you do the same if you want to avoid a sucky experience. Disgusting behaviour and should be taken up with management before she tanks the reviews any further.
This is my favourite location…as long as Kiran is working! Always had great service and properly loaded sandwiches from her! Store is always clean and staff always friendly! Cookies are always awesome! At the end of the day, it’s a franchise sandwich shop and I don’t expect artisan, gourmet food, but this joint hits the spot for a quick lunch!
Asked the employee is bread was fresh. She lied, fell apart in my hands.

Order my food for skip for this location. 2 things with this . Ordered the footlong pretzel and it was so hard when I tried to bite into it I cracked my tooth. Second . I ordered BMT on Italian w/ cheese and avocado. They made and sent a BMT on cheese without cheese and avocado. Is it really that hard to follow someone order . Ended up having to throw the food out . Ridiculous.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Subway. I specifically ordered a plain pizza for my son, but when he received it, it had meat toppings on it. This caused a big issue, as he’s not allowed to eat meat, and he ended up going to school without food because of this mistake. He was in tears all day because he couldn’t eat the pizza I ordered for him. This was completely avoidable, and I’m upset that something so simple was messed up. I won’t be returning
Found out the owner is committing fraud and keeping the tips for themselves rather than letting the employees keep the tips. This is criminal as far as I'm concerned and I'm escalating my complaint to the head office to see if they can do anything to hold franchisees accountable for this theft.
