Fast clean friendly staff
The staff member at the counter insisted on taking only cash, and her behavior came across as quite questionable. For a franchise like Subway, this felt unusual and unprofessional. The interaction made me uncomfortable, and it raised concerns about how the location is being managed

Do not come here, I ordered a sandwich with cheese to start with and the girl dropped the cheese in Tuna by accident and put it on the bread…I asked her what it was dropped in and she said tuna, I told her I’m allergic to fish then she proceeded to ASK me if I wanted it changed…OFC I DO. Cross contamination is bad here. Also their veggies are old and soggy/ brown and they put u a TINY amount of vegetables as if the workers are paying for them. I don’t recommend this Subway at all, it has made many ppl sick. Customer service 0/5

Absolutely grubby and rubbish, staff was rude and I believe she touched her hair before making my sub which was DISGUSTING! RUINED MY DAY! waste of money, and a waste of your time. Northgates location is better, the franchisee messed up over here, it actually used to be edible before! The veggies smell bad here too!

More bread than anything else. They don't even put toppings all the way across anymore, when you ask for extra theyll give you a pinch more. Very disappointed with what subway has become

Ordered from this location through the Subway app, and in the instructions let them know, all in Caps that there is an extreme allergy to mustard, and asked to have that sandwich made separately. When my sandwiches were delivered, none of them were marked, or in a separate bag to identify the sandwich.
I took one bite of my sandwich, and instantly, got an allergic reaction to the sandwich. I called the store, tried to explain, and was told that there is no mustard on the sandwich, and when I mentioned that even if you use the same knife from other sandwiches, there is cross contamination, I was hung up on, and had my calls screened.
The owner of this franchise needs to train their staff accordingly to handle something like this, and please, for the love of safety, read the notes on orders!
You never know how bad a person's allergy may be. Don't mess with someone else's food!
Roommate ordered from the subway app and got this location. Order specifically stated there was an ALLERGY to MUSTARD. When we got the order there was no labeling for each of the different sandwiches.
Roommate took a bite of their sandwich, they had to IMMEDIATELY PUT IT DOWN AND TOOK A HANDFUL OF ANTIHISTAMINES, as well as rinsed their face to reduce the swelling as the sub had been cut in half with the same knife that was used in mine and her friends subs.
When she called to complain, they said there was no mustard put on the sandwich and Hung Up.
I shudder to think what other health and safety violations they are committing at this store.
If you value your well-being, don't order from here. Absolutely the worst service you could possibly receive.

These people have ignored allergy alerts on multiple occasions and screen your calls when you call to complain.
Change your gloves after using the till and throwing previous receipt in the garbage. Walked away into the back to grab my bacon.
I cannot iterate enough how extremely rude the workers are. They will not help you if there is anything wrong with your delivery order. They will troll you on the phone, not help you, and steal your money. One woman was especially rude. Management needs to fire these people and train their new employees on better conflict resolution and customer service. This is an embarrassing reflection on whoever is in charge of this location. I can only see this location getting less business in the future and closing down.
I don't believe I've being unreasonable. If you order from their app, don't receive your order, they still have your money and wont help you - would you also not want this resolved? All I can say is think twice about ordering from this location if you value your money and time.
For the 2nd time in a row they have mixed up the bread for the footlongs that I've ordered. I ordered 2 foot longs, one with Classic Italian and one with Italian Herbs and Cheese. The footlong that was supposed to have Classic Italian bread, instead has Italian Herbs and Cheese. The footlong that was supposed to have Italian Herbs and Cheese, instead has Classic Italian. This is the 2nd time they've done this. Humans aren't perfect and people make mistakes, but to make the same mistake not once, but twice just shows that they don't care, and don't bother to read or learn from their mistakes. When a customer pays for something, it's the employees job to make sure they get exactly what they paid for. The employees at this subway location don't have the integrity to care about that. I don't recommend ordering from here if you want to get exactly what you paid for.
I've been there two different times, the lady told me not to leave a tip when I paid for debit. I asked why and she told me they do not get the tips. Manager must be taking it all. Scum
