I have been to this location several times and more then once they conveniently run out of wraps and all the other ones are still frozen, so now I must choose between the flatbread or there regular bread which is not what I wanted but ok I can make due. But today adventure to get a wrap was especially great not only did I not get a wrap cause you guess it they just ran out, but the flatbread that I got had some extra flavoring to it as I noticed when I was done that it had a wonderful after taste of cleaning solution and now all I taste is soap. I am completely distributed by this as it is also not the first time that this has happened at this location the first time I though it was me thing and thought nothing more of it but now a second time. Also the staff are very quick to make your sandwich and barely put any toppings on, in order to get a proper amount you have to keep asking for more but careful cause if you ask to much they may just charge you double. I will be avoid this place from now on and getting my Subs from a different location.

I would give this location a zero - star. I got 2 subs they barley have any veggies in it and i asked for lots of sauces when i ate it it was dry! They are really cheaping out on their subs. Never comming here again

OMG I LOVE coming here! I arrive pretty late sometimes and last night I showed up late and the veggies just shined like wow! Everything was and is always fresh fresh here. I mean the tomatoes glistened so perfectly cut and 15 mins to close, and everything was full. I honestly couldn’t believe why it was so fresh at such a late time of day. I mean, this is awesome as a subway lover.I love the service I get here. I could go on, haha so I will! The taste. Cmon! Unreal how fresh my little bacon n egg potatoe buns were! Can you say fresh and satisfying?Ahhh so good. Thank you to the staff at this subway location for understanding how important my dinner is to me and adding magic to the experience. I always order a couple for the next day, and omg I cannot wait to dive into those pretty quick! See you soon my perfect place!

Came here on sunday march 17th at 730pm. There was only 1 person working. (Illigal). She was clearly overworked, and I stood there for 15 minutes. Couldn't get service. Might report to OHSA. I'm absolutely horrified and disgusted.

I usually go to Mr sub (which is 10000 times better) but subway had a new menu item that I actually enjoyed so I decided I'll get that when I want a sandwich. But this time would be my last time ever at this location. The staff was not friendly not accommodating, the ingredients were disgusting and old. Every ingredient she would grab 15+ fruit flies would fly off it was disgusting, ruined my experience with subway. I'll stick with Mr sub ✌️

Too bad I can't give zero stars because that's truly what this experience deserved. I arrived at 9:40 (it states the store is open until 10 pm) to find the person working in the back washing dishes and she seemed to be packing up for the day. She assured me it was no problem, however rather than go and get a scoop to put the tuna and chicken on our subs, she used her hands. They were also out of many ingredients as I'm guessing she already put them away for the day and couldnt be bothered to bring them back out. I asked whether there was any marinara and she proceeded to tell me there was only a bit left, more like two tablespoons smeared on the bottom on the container, and then followed up with "ohh its also 2 days old" yeah, no thanks. To top it all off, she couldn't even be bothered to close the subs with a sticker and they came unwrapped on my way home. Terrible service.

Vegitables were dried out and looked like they had been there for a week. The cucumbers literally had mold on them. I told the Lady working and she acted like she didnt hear me and had no reaction. I didnt end up getting any veggies and wanted to just leave. Discusting. They should have an inspection done asap!

This is the second time now where I've put in an online order through the Subway app, only to show up when the app says it's ready and find that nobody has even started making it. I don't understand the point of ordering ahead if it isn't going to get made by the time listed.
