OMG I LOVE coming here! I arrive pretty late sometimes and last night I showed up late and the veggies just shined like wow! Everything was and is always fresh fresh here. I mean the tomatoes glistened so perfectly cut and 15 mins to close, and everything was full. I honestly couldn’t believe why it was so fresh at such a late time of day. I mean, this is awesome as a subway lover.I love the service I get here. I could go on, haha so I will! The taste. Cmon! Unreal how fresh my little bacon n egg potatoe buns were! Can you say fresh and satisfying?Ahhh so good. Thank you to the staff at this subway location for understanding how important my dinner is to me and adding magic to the experience. I always order a couple for the next day, and omg I cannot wait to dive into those pretty quick! See you soon my perfect place!Parking: Just pull right up and dash inside n get some great food!

This subway castledowns is horrible unless you are standing right introns of them watching. Its never busy so there is no excuse. I have ordered steak and cheese subs from this location 3X and have been in the store 2x. The subs that I received from for the delivery didn't have much meat on them. I called the subway castledowns and alerted them of the issue. The woman said to me that she herself made my subs and that she put "the required amount" I explained that I believe she forgot a scoop as there was hardly any meat on there. She flat out said "you can bring it back because we can't deliver to you". Pissed, I jumped in my car (Defeats the purpose of paying for delivery) and drove down there. The woman was quick to say "Ill make you another but I think you take the meat off". Are you freaking kidding!!!! the last thing I wanted was to pay for delivery because it was freezing out just to scoop some meat off my sub. Idiots!

Careful when you order online for delivery. My last order of steak and cheese, I Was ripped off on the meat. When I received my delivery order, there was barely any steak on it. I called the store and she swore up and down she put only the allowed amount. Told me she could make me a new one but it could not be delivered and Id have to come pick it up. I brought the original sub back and the East Indian girl said I must have taken the meat out because she made it. I can assure you that I DID NOT. I will try this one last time. This is by far the worst of all the subways I have been to in the US and in Canada

Came here on sunday march 17th at 730pm. There was only 1 person working. (Illigal). She was clearly overworked, and I stood there for 15 minutes. Couldn't get service. Might report to OHSA. I'm absolutely horrified and disgusted.

I usually go to Mr sub (which is 10000 times better) but subway had a new menu item that I actually enjoyed so I decided I'll get that when I want a sandwich. But this time would be my last time ever at this location. The staff was not friendly not accommodating, the ingredients were disgusting and old. Every ingredient she would grab 15+ fruit flies would fly off it was disgusting, ruined my experience with subway. I'll stick with Mr sub ✌️

Too bad I can't give zero stars because that's truly what this experience deserved. I arrived at 9:40 (it states the store is open until 10 pm) to find the person working in the back washing dishes and she seemed to be packing up for the day. She assured me it was no problem, however rather than go and get a scoop to put the tuna and chicken on our subs, she used her hands. They were also out of many ingredients as I'm guessing she already put them away for the day and couldnt be bothered to bring them back out. I asked whether there was any marinara and she proceeded to tell me there was only a bit left, more like two tablespoons smeared on the bottom on the container, and then followed up with "ohh its also 2 days old" yeah, no thanks. To top it all off, she couldn't even be bothered to close the subs with a sticker and they came unwrapped on my way home. Terrible service.

Vegitables were dried out and looked like they had been there for a week. The cucumbers literally had mold on them. I told the Lady working and she acted like she didnt hear me and had no reaction. I didnt end up getting any veggies and wanted to just leave. Discusting. They should have an inspection done asap!
This is the second time now where I've put in an online order through the Subway app, only to show up when the app says it's ready and find that nobody has even started making it. I don't understand the point of ordering ahead if it isn't going to get made by the time listed.

DO NOT TRUST SKIP THE DISHES RATING, though if you're here its probably already too late... We ordered two sandwhiches, and somehow they managed to swap the toppings and sauces and not realize something was wrong when one sandwhich had practically nothing on it. Didnt even toast them either.
