Service was terrible. Ordered a large soup together with my sandwich and they only filled it half way saying thats their standard.

I have been visiting this store from last 2 years but from last couple of months the service and food quality is going down and down, they are handing over almost empty subs with no stuff inside. Even after clear instructions provided while ordering online makes no difference.

Ive been going to this subway for two years now, about few times every few months. all i can say is that it is by far the best subway ive come across. the sandwiches are always thick, and if you go often, the workers are very good at remembering your order, they are also very friendly which invites a warmth into the atmosphere. this subway can be quiet at times which makes it a good place to grab a bite and relax.

Had a delicious veggie fresh mozzarella tandoori sub here and also veggie patty sub, it was so good. All the veggies were fresh and crispy. Lots of tasty vegetarian options. The restaurant was super clean and the staff very nice. :)

I hate to do this because I normally love Subway.... First of all the lettuce was wilted, red and gross. I said something about it and asked if she had different lettuce she said sorry no this is just how it is on the weekends because they don't get enough customers. I understand that but when you want to put gross vegetables on a sandwich when Subway is supposed to be fresh, and for the price. I don't like that. Also, I was going to have a soup. They had it in the fridge and just wanted to microwave me a bowl. When I said I didn't want it. She told me no it's fine, and again that on the weekends no one orders it so that is why. While I am very understanding of this, she also should understand that as I customer paying for it. It is unappealing to not have already hot soup. I can microwave my own Campbell's soup at home.
