Rude, thats all i want to say
I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. One of the employees, an Indian man ,was extremely rude and dismissive during my visit. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was unwelcoming—rolling his eyes when I asked simple questions and rushing me through my order like I was bothering him.
Customer service is a huge part of why people choose Subway, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I wasn’t asking for anything out of the ordinary, just basic courtesy. I hope management addresses this issue, because this experience definitely made me think twice about coming back.
Not surprised that people complain about your rude employees. The woman who took my order was rude. No name tag. Quit your job if you hate taking orders from a customer.
I order 2 veggie delite footlong with cheese and veggie patties by uber eats but there was no veggie patties or cheese.it was just sub with veggies and sauce

Was charged $18 for an online order that they refused to make. I showed them my digital receipt and my banking app to show I was charged and they responded by calling security. I also saw the manager use meat that he had dropped on the ground while waiting for security. Don't waste your money here.

4 people at the preparation station so communication was everywhere, usually it’s standard, u add the cheese when u add the meat. Nope no cheese and not grilled like I wanted. I know for most it’s no big deal but there is surprisingly quite a big difference when there’s no cheese and it isn’t grilled.For me anyways, I know it’s Christmas but there were only 2 people in line and my order was pickup.No satisfied, sorry

My go to because it's close to work, and I'm always impressed with the workers at this location.Food always comes delivered fast and fresh. I highly recommend checking them out!

Some reviews are positive, but are so vague that you question their legitimacy. Some might have helpful information, but are so poorly written they’re unintelligible. And dont be a sensitive, other submissions read more like a personal rant than a restaurant review. In our experience this are amazing people who make our choices based on their experience to make your SUB’s better looks good taste good. This guy are a sandwich artist and so I would recommend them❤️

The worst service. Got very disrespected by the male asian worker. He was rude towards my choices of vegetables and the amounts. He scoffed and made some comments under his breath that my fiancé overheard him say. They need better training on how to act around and in front of people and customers. If you really hate your job that bad, then find a new one, and don't be rude to paying customers, especially if they are being nice to you to begin with. So please adjust your employees' attitudes and work ethics before it costs you customers because it has already cost you these customers. And the worker didn't cook the meatballs long enough in the microwave as they didn't have a fresh batch, so they put it in there for about 3 minutes which doesn't seem long enough so I better not get food poisoning for this place. If you are serving food, you should use your noodle and do it right the first time so people don't get sick.
