Wish zero stars was an option as this was the worst sub I have ever had. Just a few bites in and I found a bug, unfortunately I ate half of it before I noticed. Will never ever be eating or ordering here again and if your reading this do yourself a favour and go else where! ZERO STARS

Worst experience at Subway ever. I went to the Kingsway Mall location around 12:30 PM on November 3rd, and the employee making my sandwich was extremely rude and arrogant. He made a complete mess while preparing the order and spoke to us in a condescending way, as if we didn’t know what we were ordering.

After spending good money, the least you expect is basic respect and professionalism — neither of which were shown. This experience completely ruined my visit. Subway really needs to train their staff on how to treat customers properly. I’ll never be coming back to this location again.

Worst experience at subway for the first time everrrr. I went to kingsway mall’s subway and there was an Indian guys making my sandwich, extremely rude and arrogant made my day even worse , after spending so much money and getting such a bad welcoming making so mess while make the order and telling us what is what as if we are some uneducated people who doesn’t know. It was around 12:30 today on 4th sep. i wish there are some actions taken for it. Ruined everything… never ever visiting again. You should atleast learn basic customer service

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. One of the employees, an Indian man ,was extremely rude and dismissive during my visit. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was unwelcoming—rolling his eyes when I asked simple questions and rushing me through my order like I was bothering him.

Customer service is a huge part of why people choose Subway, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I wasn’t asking for anything out of the ordinary, just basic courtesy. I hope management addresses this issue, because this experience definitely made me think twice about coming back.

Not surprised that people complain about your rude employees. The woman who took my order was rude. No name tag. Quit your job if you hate taking orders from a customer.

I order 2 veggie delite footlong with cheese and veggie patties by uber eats but there was no veggie patties or cheese.it was just sub with veggies and sauce

Was charged $18 for an online order that they refused to make. I showed them my digital receipt and my banking app to show I was charged and they responded by calling security. I also saw the manager use meat that he had dropped on the ground while waiting for security. Don't waste your money here.
