Best Subway I have been to! Bun was toasted well, the server made it perfectly balanced, they were nice and respectful, idk why or how because I always thought it was the same, but this is the best so far.
I got tuna foot long with Italian bread š„ many times and I really like it, it tests good, and the team are friendly and nice personalitiesā¦.

Are they having a great experience in this subway and the food was really tasty Harjit was the best person in this store. She made me a very good subject and she was so friendly and I really like the way she treated us and overall I would say this place is the best.

Sembra, I may have misspelled her name but that young lady that makes a great sub and always pleasant. Great service but yes tip with cash or don't tip. Blows my mind it doesn't go to the worker.
This place is disgusting. The owner went straight from using his phone in the Lobby to making me a sandwich. When confronted about washing hands before preparing my food, the reaction was to act all huffy, as if I was in the wrong for insisting. If the owner won't properly adhere to Alberta Health guidelines, you can bet that he's not enforcing with the staff. Finally, having a non-skippable tip option on the debit machine is insulting. If I'm standing to order and am not being waited on, what am I tipping for, exactly?
Literally order here so often as I work near here and everytime I online order itās NEVER ONCE been ready when I come to get it at the TIME they say it is. I come in today sheās doing NOTHING and hasnāt even STARTED MY ORDER. I ordered 15 minutes prior and came after the āready timeā like this is the worst subway in the city. They consistently do this stuff like I kid you not, every single time. Theyre very lazy or donāt care here . Donāt offer the app then? You donāt do it properly .

Orderd a salad online and picked up. Arguably the most pathetic salad I have ever seen. All the ingredients were there just in 50% of the portions that should be. Embarrassing for Subway and will not be back to this location.

I ordered through the app the sandwich was very cold and soggy. The lettuce and cucumbers didnāt taste very fresh. Iāve had this sandwich many times but it didnāt taste right this time. Also found a sharp piece of aluminum in my sandwich

Placed an order online and then had to wait an additional 25 minutes for our food. There was only one sandwich artist there for both making all the food and the cash. For a Friday night, there should be at least two sandwich artists working.

The store only had one worker on a Friday night. The worker was doing the best they could to keep up with the orders, but there's no way they could keep up. I blame the owners/management.

Customer service I received was brutal and rude... my subway was.. it was fine not even okey, when I was asking for ingredients(veggies) she would give me like 3 leaves of spinach or like 4 slices of pickls on a whole foot long, even when I asked to add some more she'd add like 1 on top, and the look she was giving me I just wanted to walk away, not even finishing building my sandwich.
Would never go back here.

Had an very ungrateful, entitled, unapologetic person make it for me. I found it amazing how they couldn't warm up one person's food while they prepped for another. Thought to myself, how much wilful malicious compliance does it take?
