The workers are great. The area isn't. I feel for them working alone downtown. I've witnessed people come in and steal from the cooler. It is often young women and people of colour working at this location, and they deserve a tip every time, but I worry for their safety. It's also quite busy. There is no reason they should be closing this location alone.

I was always a bit iffy about subway, because I have witnessed some bad hygiene in the past at other locations (not washing hands, not changing gloves between subs), but this location is top notch. Sukh is very friendly and I like going there. She puts a smile on my face even if I just pick up my online order. From previous observation, staff always change their gloves between making different subs (especially if they go from meat to veggie subs). I'm currently using the Subway footlong pass, but I will definitely go back once the promo is over.

This is my favourite Subway and not just cuz it's close to work. The food is always fresh and fast plus the service is always great. Sukh always has a friendly greeting and works very quickly. Excellent staff and the place is stocked and clean.

I don't know if this is everywhere or just at this location. I asked for shredded cheese on my sub. The lady replied telling me the shredded cheese is only for nachos & Italian herb bread. I've been getting shredded cheese on a sub since I was a fetus. Wtf happened to sub your way. Subway has gone down hill immensely the last 10 years. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip!
