The girl that was working on October 23,2024 on the afternoon shift have the best costumer service ever! She was smiling since I came in the store , she was really nice and give me a good attitude, mostly this places “fast food” people are sad and upset working in this kind of jobs but this girl today is really different. First time i feel this way

This is the first Subway I’ve ever been to where they weigh the meat on a scale. Never seen that in my life and I go to many Subways all around the city. Absolutely ridiculous. Man working was incredibly kind. I’m sure he is just following orders from the owner but clearly they are incredibly cheap. I could tell the bread was old as it was stale. Half of their drinks on the fountain machine was out of order too. My first and last time coming to this Subway. A message to the owner, don’t be so cheap! You will lose more customers like that!

Staff at this location clearly need better training. I went in for lunch and ordered, they were making another sandwich next to mine for probably a mobile order as there was no else in the store. My sandwich got passed off to another employee at the veggie section and I confirmed to him which one was mine. When I went home and opened the sandwich up it was the wrong one honestly not a big deal things happen. But I went back to get the right one and they begrudgingly made it while trying to argue with me that it was my fault for not paying attention, after I even confirmed it earlier in the store. Blaming the customer after you made a mistake is not a good look. Take your money somewhere else. Plenty of better options in the area.

Ordered two Teriyaki sandwiches. She weighed the chicken and the Indian young man just put it small with out weighing. I asked them to roast, she roasted the bread and cheese with out the chicken and he tasted the bread , cheese and chicken but so unfriendly and rude!! This is second time. Decided not to go back

I was tasked with picking up supper and I chose subway. It had been a while since we’d gone here but I had a craving and it was close (and my choice). Place was clean and the lady said hello as soon as I walked in.

I ordered the steak and cheese combo, and one of the new Italian themed ones as a combo. Can someone please tell me how I left paying almost $44? 2-3 years ago this would have been $30 max - and that is still too high.

I’m Never going to subway again. You have zero justification on these prices beyond gouging your customers. Subway was always advertised as an affordable and healthy alternative to other fast food. Now it’s just for the people who don’t know any better.

When you’re getting taken to court because of the content of your chicken and tuna - you need to price your products appropriately.

Sign said open until midnight. Google had the same hours. I got off my bus to stop and get food there at 9:40 pm and they are closing the counter down. I'm hangry, got off the bus to get food there because they would be open when the fast food places in my area would actually be closed, and I show them the time and point to that sign. They then let me in as told them the sign must be removed and the hours on google changed, because I would have not stopped to go there if I knew that they would be closed. I placed an hours edit review just before this, while waiting for my next bus. I'm hoping that they have changed it so no one else goes through an hangry fit like I had to.
